"By mother Earth and father sky,
Sister moon and sister star's watchful eyes,
Brother sun brings light and joy,
To all the people and the girls and the boys,
I send my roots deep into the ground,
I ask you to keep me safe and sound,
Elements five, protect and ground me,
This is my will, so mote it be."
Say this chant while preferably standing barefoot outside and imagining roots shooting down from your feet into the Earth, grounding you. Visualize negative energy going down the roots into the ground for the Earth to cleanse and imagine sucking up positive energy. Make sure to take deep breaths. You can also just do the visualization without the chant or just say the chant with the intent of being grounded.
