Part 1 - cleansing
First of all, you need to cleanse your space and your aura. This is probably the easiest step.
1. The next time you have a bath/shower, imagine the water cleansing you and washing off the negativity. Imagine black yucky energy flowing down the drain.
2. Do an aura dance. This can be found earlier in the book. Make sure you have fun; this is meant to be a happy ritual.
3. If you can, cleanse your space and aura with smoke. If your energy is heavy with negativity, the smoke will be narrow and sort of thin, because there isn't space for it. Once it spreads out, moves faster, and gets thicker and you feel lighter, and more positive, move onto part 2.Part 2 - emotional protection
This step is the most important step. All those people who bring you down aren't freaking worth it. Dab on the haters. Also emotionally protect yourself from the haters.
There are multiple methods to this.Method 1:
1. Take a rose petal of any colour. In black ink, write your intention such as "I am protected from mean things people say" "I am emotionally protected" or "mean words bounce off of me and I am unaffected by them".
2. If you can, burn the petal. If you can't, rip it up. Throw the petals/ashes into the wind and ask the element of Air to carry your wish to the Universe and let it manifest.Method 2:
Take a piece of paper, representing yourself. Draw a pentacle or other symbol of protection on the piece of paper in WATERPROOF marker (very important). Make sure the symbol has meaning to you/resonates with you. Then, take a bowl of water, symbolizing stress, sadness, anger, fear, any negative emotion(s) you want to get rid of. Then, put the paper in the water. Let it soak for a few minutes. Observe how the pentacle/symbol doesn't wash off. You stay protected.
Part 3 - happiness
The last step of this ritual/spell is a happiness spell. This is optional but I recommend it.
1. Put on something yellow. Clothing, jewelry, lipstick, contact lenses, shoes, anything yellow. Put it on with the intention of bringing happiness.
2. Go outside on a sunny day and meditate for 30 seconds to 30 minutes. Until you feel like you're full of energy.
3. Walk in a clockwise circle (still outside) with the intention to increase your happiness. Do this until you feel inspiration to move/dance/jump.
4. Even if you don't feel like dancing or jumping, do it anyway. If you need/want to, play happy music. You can exercise if you want.
5. After dancing/moving around in the sunshine for at least 10 minutes, just live. Feel your happiness. Do whatever you want to do (not hurting anyone/negative though).Note: if you don't feel happy after doing this, don't worry. Do this:
1. Take a jar/box/container, a piece of paper, and yellow colouring tools.
2. On a piece of paper, draw something yellow that you like. On the back, write something good that has happened to you, or sometime you felt happy.
3. Put it in the container. Every day, do this until you feel happy.If this doesn't work, you might need to try again with more intention, and/or cleanse.
