Take a few drops of dew and a few petals from a beautiful flower. Put the dew on your lips for inner beauty/kindness and wash the flower petals and steep them in boiling water. Don't drink it, though.
Go outside on a grassy area and pour the flower water in a clockwise circle around you while chanting:
"To have the beauty of this flower inside me, around me, and in my appearance is my wish, so mote it be."
