This is a good spell to do near Imbolc as the sun returns and the dark of night recedes as the sun is a guiding light, but you can do it anytime.
Light a red or white candle as you say what you would like guidance on (ie your love life, work life, a particular situation). Stare into the flame for 1-2 minutes and notice any images that may appear in the flame. If you don't see anything after 2 minutes, that's okay. Now, ask to see an abundance of something if you should do one thing, ask for an abundance of something else if you should do another thing, etc. Do that with as many options as you think you need. Then, after you've asked for all of your signs, snuff the candle, and wait.
