If you work with a lunar deity, you can say the deity's name instead of Lady Moon.
Say this as you put a sealed jar of clean, drinkable water (if you plan on drinking your moon water) outside under the moonlight. The moon can be in any phase when you do this, and you can use moon water for anything!
However I personally like to use it for protection and I drink it to help recharge my energy when I'm feeling burnt out.
