Enjoy ~
It was a hot sunny day like every other during this summer break. The middle of July, everything's been flowing perfectly. Going out at evening with my huge group of friends and enjoying life every day.
"Darling!!" I heard my mom yell.
"Yeeeeah?!!"
"The door's for you!!" she yelled back.
I quickly made my way downstairs after checking myself out in the mirror and just like expected, I saw my friend Elle at the door. But what was unexpected, I saw Rich with her too.
"Uh, hey guys! You're early.." I said.
"Yesss!! We wanted to make sure you did something but we can already see that's done so let's go if you're ready!!" Elle squealed back.
I was sort of confused but went along with it, took some belongings and left the house with them.
You see, we always go to the small football field behind our old primary school. We simply hang out there, have some fun and of course play some stupid ball games if anyone brings one.
Elle, her and I used to be the bestest of friends in primary school..We had a huge fight and didn't talk for some time, but then we reconnected after a couple of years simply cause she lives close and she's fun to hang around.
Rich, well Rich is my ex boyfriend. He was my first everything, first partner, first kiss, first time.. Everything. I broke up with him after 2 years of a toxic relationship. We're alright now but the tension caused by the bad memories will never be gone.
We made our way to the school, took us 10 minutes early than usual cause we didn't chat as much as we usually do and Elle wasn't her babbly self. When we stood in front of the school, they stopped me.
"Look. There's something we gotta tell you."
"You guys are scaring me.. What is it, Elle?"
"We came earlier to check if you were wearing your KISS shirt."
I looked down at myself and the Japanese version of the KISS Destroyer shirt.
"Yeah I am.. Why the fuck would that be important? You guys got some KISS fans over there?"
"Look babe. We're not sure about this. Mike gave us a call like an hour before we came to get you saying how he thinks one of your KISS guys is there. Like actual memb-"
"Dude Elle-" I started laughing.
"Elle what the hell. Please stop with the pranking, this is so stupid. You're talking about impossible things here.. Why the fuck would someone like them be behind our fucking primary school?!"
They didn't say anything but the serious look on their faces did. Something was going on.
"Let's just check." Rich added.
"Yeah, alright you guys. It's someone who might've reminded Mike of them but sure."
I did feel my heart beat faster even though I literally knew nothing was going on.
We made our way behind and I only saw my friends sitting, laying and what not, on the bleachers. No sight of anyone unfamiliar.
"Told ya." I said.
Mike and Jeremy ran over to us quickly.
"DUDE YOU HAVE NO ID-" Mike started.
"There's no one there." I started laughing.
"Shut up and listen." Rich snapped. I flipped him off.
"Look. The guy was just here, I swear to God. He looked just like one of those guys from KISS, only you know them perfectly but I was 100% sure it's him. I think he went to the toi-"
"Nice shirt you got there, sugar" I heard a voice say.
