§ V A L E N T I N A §

The anger spread like wildfire through my body and I started sweating. My mouth opened on its own and suddenly, a big explosion of fire erupted from my mouth, and I was breathing fire like a dragon.

I was too scared to scream so all I did was wave away the flames at my mouth. For some reason I couldn't close my mouth and I tipped my head upwards hoping the fire wouldn't touch anything in my new room.

Water, I needed water. My hand patted the area behind me for the mini-fridge praying that Louis had filled it already and it had some water. My arm seemed to go too far behind me and I fell onto my back, which I still hadn't taken the pain medications for.

I felt the sharp jab of pain on my back and winced. As I winced I realized that the fire coming out of my mouth had stopped.

I lay on the floor, panting from the shock and from the slight pain that was already disappearing. Two things were on my mind. My fire powers worked now, and what the fück.

Fire just spurted out of your mouth. That is normal. Stuff like that happens every day.

I concentrated on trying not to overreact or freak out again. My fire was triggered by my fear, anger or sadness, I didn't want to puke up more fire.

I sat bak up and breathed onto my palm, checking if there was any more fire coming. My palm was just covered with skin, how magical was this elementalist crap? I needed answers, and I had an idea where I could find them.

I placed the charger tablet in my phone and waited a couple of seconds before turning it on.

The basic "unlock your phone to start setting up" screen popped up. I raised an eyebrow. Part of me supposed it could have been a Jailbreak error, so I swiped to unlock it.

"Pick your language" the screen read. I pressed on Spanish and got confused why it had forgotten everything. It had only been turned off for four months, not four years.

"Seleccione su país o región" the screen read. I pressed "Gran Bretaña" as I got a bit more ticked off.

"¿Quieres activar los servicios de ubicación?"

I knew something was definitely up. My phone had forgotten everything. Begrudgingly, I went through the rest of the dumb tutorial to set up my phone. When I was done, I realized I was right. Instead of my original phone, this was a completely new one. This phone wasn't mine.

I took off the case and looked at the back to see if there were any scratches and pencil marks on the back. There were none. This wasn't my phone. And I was one hundred precent sure that Louis took my phone away so that I wouldn't be as entertained.

I opened up my laptop and figured out that it had also been reset.

I couldn't even connect to the city's wifi. Either this big aśs piece of land was its own city or it was blocked. There was only one wifi I could use called "8======> 0" and I knew for sure it was Louis' personal wifi. There wasn't a chance I could hack into it, the programs I used required wifi to download, and even though I had everything backed onto a USB-stick, it had been taken from me.

Wow, thanks Louis.

My body heated up a little and I knew it was because I was angry. But, if I got angry I would probably burn this place down. I took a sip of water and did my best to calm down.

It was already midnight, but I wasn't tired.

There was no wifi to connect to and I had nothing to do. I couldn't sleep because I would get nightmares. I couldn't kill myself because I'd get saved. I didn't have anyone to talk to since Perrie went to sleep. I couldn't take another shower because I already had.

My legs were tired but I ignored it as I stood up. Walking around my room, I explored it in more detail this time, especially in the bathroom and closet. It seemed to take up some time but I still felt bored. The things that I used to do, like experiment with makeup looks (and probably try on clothes since I had this massive closet now), didn't interest me at all and I found myself taking tags off all my clothes.

Eventually, I had sticky fingers and a pile of plastic tags, but I finished taking off all the tags. The area under my nails hurt and so did my back, so I collected the tags and just threw them in the trash.

It was one-thirty in the morning, and I was still bored. This time, I opened the balcony doors and stepped outside. Cool air greeted me and I shivered slightly.

It was nice out, I could faintly smell cut grass and everything was silent. The bridge I crossed earlier today had dim lights and the building gave out little to no light at all. Then I looked above me and saw only one window that had the lights on. It seemed like it was on the top floor and I could picture Louis up there, stalking the śhit out of someone.

Below me there were no lights that were on. I leaned on the metal railing as I looked out into the blackness. Was I staring at my soul?

Back in the sky, I saw tons of stars twinkling just above my head. Their light was millions of years old. Looking up into the black sly and seeing the contrast of the light shining on the vanta black canvas was so captivating. By looking at the stars I felt some sort of comfort, I felt warm inside, it was a nice feeling.

After a bit I started to feel tired, kind of groggy, really.

It took one glance at the long deck chair equipped with pillows to make me walk over there and close my eyes. It didn't take me long before I drifted off into a heavy sleep.

If only I knew the person behind the light was the one who helped me sleep.

Yay more Google Translate śhit translations.

Instead of paper tags that you either have to pull off or cut off, I'm thinking there are super-sticky tags in the backs of shirt with the information that you scan to look at.

Idk why I did that last thing there I just wanted to do something cute.
