Basically, Candy JEM is created by the same  creators of Prince Series. This has way more volumes than Prince Series. It's a great comic and I love the characters, my favorite is Akio. I just think hes neat.

A little girl was abandoned by her parents when she was about 2 years old. She was left in a box underneath a bus stop. She was left all alone under it with only a piece of rag as a blanket and her plush spider named Der.

She was terribly afraid, it was raining and it was 2:34 am. There was no one in sight other than street dogs scavenging through rubbish. One was passing by the bus stop when it heard Andrea's weeps.

The dog was hungry and it thought she was a helpless kitten. Whatever was underneath that was living and it wanted it in its stomach. The dog was about to topple the box over when two men stopped it by hitting it with an umbrella. It fled and decided to look for food elsewhere.

The man that hit it with the umbrella was around his early 20's, his name was Donovan, he had black hair and was pretty skinny. He did look a little shaken after he drove the dog away. The other one was as well just more bigger and his name was Wyatt, he had ginger hair with his bangs dyed electric blue.

The two were college students, they were also recently engaged. Donovan was aiming for an Architectural Degree while Wyatt was going for a Degree in Financing. They couple were out for a walk in the middle of a rainy night together because neither of them could sleep. That was when they were about to head home when they stumbled upon the situation just now.

Wyatt and Donovan were shocked to find her when he removed the rag. She was trembling from the cold rain water. It soaked her her hair and dirty onesie. Der was the only dry item. 

They brought her to a police station. Apparently, the little girl had no record of birth whatsoever. The chief said that they could either adopt her, or drop her off at an orphanage. Without no second thought Wyatt decided that they would adopt her.

He convinced his fiancé to adopt the little girl, guilt tripping him into believing how awful the orphanage might be for her. She was abandoned once, now the two men that saved her form that street dog from killing her were about to abandon her again?

Donovan gave in to his dearest's plead and agreed on adopting her. They filled out the appropriate paper work gave her a name, 'Andrea Commonworth' and brought her back to their condominium. 

Wyatt found his old baby clothes that fit Andrea and put it on her temporarily, no store was open at 2 am anyway.

They dried her hair too before laying her down on their bed to sleep. Andrea slept in between them peacefully.

Years later, Andrea was in middle school. She was mute, but she can talk by writing her thoughts on a handy little whiteboard she carried around, or, simply text messages through her phone. Yes, she can also do sign language but only her dads would understand.

She didn't have many friends since she couldn't communicate well, also unapproachable, like Wyatt said about Donovan secretly when he's out running errands. Donovan's more of the feminine part of the relationship just as Wyatt loves.

Her only friend was Ji Won. He may have accidentally interacted with Andrea and somehow become friends. He could also understand sign language thankfully.
