Brooke is a god of the realm. Her parents had given them that specific realm to watch over while they watch the other timelines and variants.
They have been watching from... who knows where. Everyone is always monitored by them.
Nothing is left unmonitored.
On some occasions, she would let a part of herself roam the earth.
She makes herself acustom to every surroundings of her according to the time periods.
She keeps the balance in check hands on when shes in her 'persona'.
Mostly try to prevent anything that could alter the timeline way too many times.
She bunped into Boyfriend and Girlfriend while she was trying to catch her enemy.
They accidentally held her back by obviously a rap battle.
I have this concept in mind, where she alters the style mid song to a different era, and then to a different style of music.
Like, it starts off with a pop rhythm and then she changes it to a different setting.
Afterwards, she accidentally let her enemy go because she was having too much fun.
Usually, they would erase anyone's memories upon encountering them but they let it slide for once since they've seen all the people BF and GF have met before.
They met Pico when BF and GF had invited Brooke to a double date.
Brooke doesn't really have the ability to love someone or to commit.
They did but lost faith in it. They had a significant other that she got attatched to but he died in the events of World War II.
Maybe there was a chance that Brooke could love again?
Especially when she was sure that Pico was possibly her former significant other reincarnation.
