Okay, at first I had mixed feelings about the new TMNT. I grew up with the 2012 one actually, I don't really remember my old Oc but I definitely don't want to. So, with this mew opportunity, I made new ones! I also have only watched the movie and a few episodes, why only a few when I cam binge watch so easily? The website is a bit slow on loading the episodes so yeah, I'll watch the rest soon I hope. The movie was incredible though, loved it to bits!

Silas used to be one of the street mascots but he dressed up as Jack Sparrow, he was a huge fan of Pirates of the Carribbean. So much so when he changed, he became half mutant, half pirate.
From that day onwards, he lurks at docks and steal random boats for joy rides. Maybe he’d yoink a few belongings from them as well. He had a whole new look to! Proclaimed himself as Captain Imber of New York.
He found a small Flapjack Octopus mutant that was all alone. He adopted her without a thought and raised her in his own. He used a mystic chest that he found while wondering the realm under, that make shifts as her cradle.
After a few months later, he was out for a short trip to the realm under and he accidentally forgot Jackie for a short second. He came back and the cradle was gone. He panicked until he heard a voice above the deck.
A group of men decided to bring it to an expert in case it was an actual treasure chest and they could potentially be on the headlines for the news. Silas couldn’t go out in the open and be exposed so he watched helplessly as the men took away his daughter.
Later at night, he went to the place where the men said they’d bring the chest to.
The men did get in the headline for the news as they found an unbreakable chest. It wouldn’t budge open not one bit. It was to be put in a museum for display and Silas knew it was best to take back his baby back by breaking into the museum and steal the chest.
He was careless though and almost got caught. He retreated and tried again and again. He failed three times and was hopeless. On his fourth attempt he met the turtles. He begged them to help him steal the chest.
He explained about his daughter being inside and how he is the only one able to open the chest. He showed them the key that was able to open it.
They were hesitant but April decided to help him for a bit to see how true it was.
Well, it was true and he was delighted to reunite with his daughter again. Mikey and Raph loved how adorable she was. He assured them that she could breathe just fine since it was a mystic chest afterall. Silas thanked them and would probably meet again some time soon.
He and the turtles are in neutral terms but I can’t say what his relationship with the rest of the cast.
Vesper Glynn Moth yokai 150 Y/o They/Them 7'11 ft

They are a yokai that owns an observatory that can see through different universal skies. Different universe have different skies and different skies have different stars to be charted down.
That’s Vesper’s job. They are in charge of tracking the stars and planets throughout the universes.
It’s a difficult job, but it’s fun when you get to sit indoors and just look through a telescope half of the day. They love learning about mythology as well, it fascinates them how humans are able to make up such creatures they’ve never seen before.
There were times where they’d wander around the market for some materials. They need a lot of paper since there are an infinite amount of stars and they want to write them all down.
They are a yokai afterall, they’ve got all the time in the world. They met the turtles when they were meeting with Big Mama, it was brief and they wondered about starting a new personal project on studying mutants.
Sooner or later, they began to somewhat stalk the turtles from afar before being caught by Donnie. They recognized them and began to question why they were stalking them. Vesper tried not to make it sound like they're observing them like little lab rats or anything, they just took an interest in them and how they learned that mutants were sprouting out in the human realm.
They got to stay at their base for about a week or so to be friendly with them. They didn't mean to mean it but Mikey grew on them, he was just too creative for them not to take interest in his art. Maybe with how cocky Leo was it actually gets them feeling annoyed which doesn't happen often back when they were cooped up in their observatory. And how cool Donnie's inventions are, like come on, who can resist not touching his inventions out of curiosity. Raph was a special case, they weren't sure what to think of him, he was a good leader and older brother it was quite charming how gentle he can be sometimes. Vesper really liked him, but wasn't so sure what a crush was when they definitely had one for him. They adore April's spunkiness, very cool and thrilling. They aren't too sure on how to feel about Splinter, they suppose he's a good dad, but they're more keen on learning about his past.
After that week, they returned to the yokai realm but gave the turtles a special relic that allowed the turtles to communicate with them. It was usually Raph who would use it to check up on Vesper, they were genuinely suprised that he actually decided to talk to them again the first time they got a call from him.
