They settled on Earth after finding a stable source of Energon unlike any other planets they've been to.

She's one of the sergeants in charge of M.E.C.H. She's been meaning to escape from the cruel organisation and wants to help the bots be more alert of M.E.C.H's activities.
She didn't think she'd managed to connect with Roulette who's a bigger threat to humanity.
Roulette just wanted to save Breakdown despite going against Megatron's orders and unexpectedly found Starscream with a group of other seekers to rescue him as well. He dipped before Starscream got to see him and let Breakdown take care of it on his own.
Unbeknownst to him, the human they threatened to where Breakdown was had placed a tracker slash communicator on him. When Roulette discovered it, he was ready to destroy it until Sargent Colbert asked for a small offer. If Roulette could take her away from M.E.C.H and make them think she's dead, she'll give him everything M.E.C.H has and help keep him and the other bots, whether Autobot or Decepticon, safe from their way.

He protects his own village of humans as well and they provide him with a safe place to hide as they're wings were damaged and needed time to recover, while the rest of the Maximals are separated with the broken shards of the crystal.
In his mecha form. The horn atop his head turns into a cannon. Laser or some sort of other plasmic material. His wings, substitute for arms, have hardened fathers at the end that can cut and slice while his tail feathers can be projectiles. (Lord Shen inspired)
Has a sonic squawk that can stun other bots aside from other Maximals.
