Mostly, it's fueled by revenge, hatred and sweet sweet betrayal. It keeps it going as it is an Employee of Vengence.
A lot of hatred goes around whenever it decides to stop by. Everything around it will start to be filled with hatred that came out of nowhere and it just loves when bloodshed ensues.
That fills it with joy and bliss.
They don't appear much but when they do, it's best to avert its gaze. Its powerful gaze is what turns others against each other out of nowhere.

Miyuki was one of Hoffnar's engineered catgirls. She was one of the few that was a success.
She was unsure of her purpose as she was mostly just trained and tested on. It scared her, so she escaped and ran off. A terrible idea. The worst one she's ever had. She would've been much safer in the facility than the outside.
But, recalling her training, she managed to survive and live on. She wonders how her other friends were doing. Probably dead.
Now she is an epic Music Composer that runs a radio station in an abandoned radio shack. She lives there and would stream her music across Nevada.
No one knew of her true identity since she always hid her cat ears under her hood or fold them awkwardly into her headphones. She never really interacted with others much since it was really dangerous now. It saddened her.
Until she accidentally stumbled upon Tricky. He somehow had enough memory from before he became a maniacal clown to recognize those cat ears and was so thrilled to meet her again. Tricky treated her like she was his child.
Miyuki didn't believe that Tricky was the same awkward scientist that would slip her candy for the good effort she put in to the test session after. He was so sweet to her back then. Still is, to be honest.
Now, Miyuki would take over Club M whenever Tricky needed to go on a last-minute brawl with Hank. She plays her loud EDM beats when he's gone and the crowd loves her.
