Ophelia Halifax was a drug. Not exactly the bad kind that kills you per say but more like the kind that once you get a taste, the craving for it never dies. He was addicted the minute she smiled at him and batted her eyes. Everything you could ever want in a girl was right there and that's why he needed her.
Growing up with parents who were never home was nothing new for Ophelia, she was always told that it was because they wanted to provide her with a better life. She didn't understand it at the age of 5 but George and Rebecca Halifax were loaded with enough money to probably buy an city or more. Although they worked all the time they knew she was miserable living in the heart of New York City. So trying to make her happy they up and moved across the United States to Los Angles California. Now Ophelia is in a new environment she wants to get out of the house and try to be happier then she used to. Let's see if 16 year old Ophelia can be someone who they want to be now that she's in a new city.
