The morning after & the war stories

Birds.
Birds were the first thing I heard when I started to wake up. I could hear the blissful tune of the birds building a nest outside my window, they seemed to be is a wonderful mood and so it seemed to me that, that is a perfect way to wake up in the morning. Opening my eyes I tilted my head up to look at the sheer curtains at my window. Why I had curtains I have no idea, they don't block out the sun or anything so it's kinda just a waste.
Closing my eyes I took a deep breath and relaxed for a minute before a memory popped into my head. Slowly bringing a hand to my face I touched my lips and smiled softly. I could feel hawk asleep underneath me, I could feel every breath he would take and I could feel his heart beat.
Tilting my head up again I looked at his beautiful face. His eyes were closed and he looked absolutely peaceful laying there. The sun that crept in shined softly on his face and I could see every detail. I really do love that man I thought to myself.
Looking down I smiled to myself at this thought...I love him so much. I looked back up at his face to blue eyes staring at me. "GoodMorning hawk" I said while softly laying a kiss on his chest. "GoodMorning Ophelia....You look beautiful laying next to me like this" hawk murmured and kissed me on the forehead. It's now or never. " I um...I wanted to tell you that I think I'm starting to love you too hawk" I looked down at his chest after this, drawing circles on his chest waiting for him to say something. Nothing was said between us for a few minutes and it was starting to worry me. What if he regrets it?
Hawk pulled me out of my thoughts when he grabbed my chin so I would look him in the eyes, he was smiling down at me and it showed in his eyes....that made me happy.
"I love you Ophelia so much"
"I love you too hawk so much"
I said while leaning up and kissing him. We started to make out but then both our phones started to ring. Pulling away I rolled my eyes and grabbed my phone while hawk just laid back and played with the ends of my hair.

Miguel

Cobra Kai Practice today 10 am
I know hawk and you we're together so I texted you both the same text. Hope you had a nice celebration last night with hawk(;

Blushing I looked up at hawk and showed him the text. He laughed out loud and I playfully smacked his arm. "I'm going to take a shower real quickly and then eat breakfast. You can either join me or wait. Up to you and after we will drop by your place so you can get extra clothes babe then go to practice" I winked and smirked at hawk then ran to the bathroom with him following me.

Finally getting in to the cobra kai dojo hawk and I set our bags down in the locker room and walked to go out with the others. I sit down and start to stretch with Miguel while hawk stood by Aisha listening to some stories Sensei kreese was telling us about.
"You gotta understand that Mogadishu in the '90s was a hellhole. Warlords controlled whole swaths of the city. My team and I were charged with cleaning the place up"
"How many warlords did you kill?" Hawk asked while Miguel stopped and looked at Sensei kreese before continuing stretching.
"You keep track of every ant you stomp out?" When Sensei said this we all had different reactions, Miguel scoffed whole Aisha murmured a whoa, hawk said badass and I just smirked up at kreese.  I have heard this story before when he trained me for a little while in Japan.
"They were outgunned, we were outmanned. I tell you...Rwanda was no joke" Sensei kreese continued, I looked up confused and Miguel got up at this point. 
"Don't you mean Somalia?" Mogadishu is in Somalia, Rwanda's a whole different country Miguel inquired looking at everyone. Sensei kreese looked at Miguel and meeting his eyes for a second before turning back to hawk and Aisha.
"Of course, Somalia, I've spent so much time in the sandbox, it all kinds of bleeds together, you know?" Hawk and Aisha chuckled and then I stood up and got in between hawk and Aisha getting ready for class.
Sensei Lawrence walked in and started talking to us in his loud Sensei voice.
"Listen up! Looks like we got some new recruits. Everybody, fall in. In neat rows and lines. Time to see what your made of"
Sensei Lawrence started to walk around and look at the recruits while I turned my head and stuck my tongue out at Miguel trying to get him to laugh. In case you were wondering he only smirked at me in response.
"Straighten up, ginger twins"
"Sorry, parents can't stay for class. It's an insurance thing" Sensei Lawrence said to a bigger guy wearing a teal/blue shirt with a Bandana on his head that stood in one of the rows.
"Uh..I'm not a dad... I am here to kick some ass, sir!"
Turning around I looked at this guy with my eyebrows furrowed. This is a class for teenagers not teenage wannabes.
"Do I know you from somewhere?" Sensei murmured to this guy.
"Oh, yeah, the, um... I sold you the mirror. We kind of bonded, talked about rock bands."
"Look, you're a little old. This is a class for teenagers." Finally kick this old dude out I silently cheered in my head. I was just ready to get this class over with so I could hang out with my friends. I wanted to tell Aisha what happened last night.
"Well,I...I can take them. I'm not afraid of kids, sir. And my mom, she doesn't charge me rent, so I just, I got a lot of cash to burn" the old guy then hands Sensei some money. What a pathetic weirdo....
"Yeah. We'll consider this a trial run" Sensei takes the money and starts so turn around. I turn around just in time so Sensei wouldn't yell at me for snooping.
" I thought my last group of recruits was pathetic, but if you do what I tell you to do, you'll at least have a chance of becoming a fighter. But to do that, you gotta fight. So, which one of you has the balls to take on the champ?"
After Sensei said this everyone looked at each other in silence, just waiting to see who was gonna step up. Just when I thought no one was going the old guy inhales like he's going to say something before a girls voice broke out throughout the silence. "I'll take him on"
Everyone broke apart out of the lines and stepped aside. "Oh, you will, huh?"
"I saw your little demo at valley fest. You guys can put of a show. Can you actually fight?" After this random girl said this my blood started to boil. Of course we can actually fight. Miguel won the valley fest tournament and we literally kick ass everyday.  Did she think every single stunt on that stage was fake? Cause it really wasn't. We worked our asses off for that.
"That sounds like a challenge"
"I like a challenge"
"Mr. Diaz, show little miss hotshot here what cobra kai is all about" Sensei said to Miguel while walking to the front to stand with Sensei kreese. Miguel bowed and everyone else walked to the side of the dojo Matt. Hawk,Aisha and I stood back with our arms crossed waiting to see what would happen. Hopefully this girl is good cause having another girl would be pretty nice.
"Look, are you sure that you wanna do.."
Miguel hadn't been able to finish his sentence before this girl kicked him in the middle of his chest making Miguel fly backwards a few steps. Miguel chuckled "All right. Game on." was the last thing you heard before both of them started throwing punches. I'll admit she didn't seem like she needed this class but then again half of us here already knew a shit ton of karate.
"Close the gap....Your telegraphing....Don't let me see it coming"
Miguel started to give her tips throughout the entire fight till she grabbed his legs pulling him down and then rolled herself to a standing position "Did you see that coming?" Not even a second later Miguel took her down "Maybe...My names Miguel" he put his hand out to help her up "Tory" she grabbed his hand, standing halfway up before flipping him over her back onto the ground and holding his head down so he didn't get back up along with his arm held between her torso and arm. All of us around the dojo where chuckling quietly. "With a Y"
Both the Sensei's looked at each other nodding. I looked at hawk and Aisha wanting to see what they thought.
"She's badass" Aisha and hawk said to each other quickly before checking on Miguel.

Aisha and I along with Tory headed to the nearby convenient store next to the dojo when Aisha's ring tone started playing. I was grabbing a water and bag of chips before heading over to talk to Aisha.
"Ugh" Aisha groaned throwing her head back. "Let me guess, Dick pic?" Tory said walking up, that made us all chuckle.
"No" Aisha says then sighs " My mom wants me to go to the beach club with her." She continued while rolling her eyes.
Tory started to be playful saying " Oh my god, that sounds so miserable"
"No, it's just....this girl Sam's probably gonna be there and she and I are not on good terms. Whatever. I'm Aisha, by the way" " Hey I'm Ophelia" I waved over at her now joining the conversation fully.
"Tory"
"Hey, that's a cool bracelet"
"Oh, this? It's not just for show. Some creepy guy at the mall tried to grab me once, but I managed to block him and give him a gift he won't forget"
"Oh wow, you seem like you already know how to kick ass pretty well. What do you need Cobra Kai for?" I asked her truly interested in her. I could definitely see us being friends now that we started talking.
" I've had a couple kickboxing lessons, but  I've always wanted to learn how to kick peoples ass without using my eyes. And you know smash boards blindfolded" Tory said to us and laughed.
We chuckled at that, "oh, you saw that?"
"Mm—hmm" Tory replied in a playful manner. 
"The secret for mine was poking little holes in the blindfolds" Aisha said then turned to me "And the secret to mine is honestly just practice. I knew what moves were going to happen so it was just really easy" I said them laughed. 
"Mm. Cool" "Yeah"
Tory started to walk away so she could go pay for her drink, "Hey...You guys wouldn't wanna go to the beach with me, would you? It would be nice to have some backup"
Tory and I looked at each other and smiled then we both looked back at Aisha
"Guess we could suffer through a day at the beach" I nodded actually really happy to be able to spend time with the girls. Hawk needed to spend some time with Miguel or that annoying dimitri.
I walked out of the store with Aisha and Tory about to get into Aishas car so we could go get our beach stuff when I saw hawk outside still. "Hey guys give me a minute. I'm going to tell hawk what's going on" I said before running off and into hawk giggling.
"Hey babe I talked to the Tory girl and she really sweet. I'm going to go with Aisha and Tory at the private beach club if that's okay..." hawk smiled at me and kissed my lips " Thats fine lia I hope you have fun. I just got off the phone with Dimitri and he's being a little bitch cause he couldn't take a little training with kreese" rolling my eyes I completely understand. He seemed to act like a pussy most of the time. And if hawk thought so then so did I. "We will talk about this more later on when we hang out. I gotta go" I kissed hawk on the lips before running and jumping into Aishas car.
