"SHU?" I call out. I tapped on the back of my tablet whilst glancing up to the glass fencing. "We have new applicants that are waiting for you."

"I'll be there in a minute, Y/N." He replied.

I was over at Shu's team.

It has been four years since I moved, and three years since I joined The Raging Bulls. Honestly, I don't regret the decision of accepting his offer of helping him manage the company—even though he does exceptionally well by himself.

"Good. No tardies today." The man with the accent stated. "I'd like you to partner up for morning practice. Chop chop!"

Trad, the bey trainer around here, was first hesitant to acknowledge me as his co-worker due to the fact that I was so inexperienced. He didn't even know my name for the first days. But once I stuck around for a few practices, he began to warm up to me.

      Eventually talking to me!

I gave a small nod to the overjoyed bladers in front of me. They were about the ages of 6 and 12, both boys whom I have never met before.

Though, this one kid left an impression on me.

        His name's Ryoto Shi—

       "BUZZ! BUZZ!"

I flushed pink at the buzzing coming from my pocket, quickly going to cover the spot with my hand. Shu was just heading down from above, hand holding the railing, when he also heard the ringing—'E-Everyone's lo-looking at m-me...'

'Oh can the timing be any worse?'

The ruby eyed male smirked at my embarrassed face.

"I...um."

"I'm not holding you back."

"S-Sorry," I apologize quietly. "I'll be right back..." I mumble, taking a step into the halls to answer the video call.

Akio (^∇^)

       A smile graced my face.

       I press the green icon.

"Akio! It's been a while." I smile. "H-How're your aunt and uncle? Is your cat's leg okay now? The poor thing got stuck in a trash can."
