I hummed to myself as I sat on my couch, I was listening to Queen when I got a phone call from my best friend Jack, "what's up Spedicy?" I asked turning down the music and answering the phone. "It's movie night remember?" he spoke, accent thick. "Shit! That's right! I've gotta order the pizza, head to the store for sodas, popcorn, chips, and some cookies, and shit like that" I spoke as he chuckled, "I can swing by the store and pick all that up. Is it cool if Gab and I bring a friend?" he asked as I smiled, "sure, the more the merrier, just make sure they like the Matrix because we've yet to finish those movies. We watched the first one but not the other two." I said as he chuckled, "Yeah, I know...you said you didn't like the first one because it didn't hold your interest" he said as I chuckled a little, "hopefully the next one will be better" I said as we hung up. I ordered the pizza's, ran around the house cleaning it, and then quickly took a shower. By the time I was done with my shower, I had paid for the pizzas and placed them on the coffee table. I was busy setting up everything, The Matrix menu was on the tv and the remote sat on the coffee table next to the pizzas. 'Sean, Evelyn, and then their friend...four people altogether. Cups...' I mentally spoke as I turned and walked into the kitchen. I heard the front door open.
"Y/n?" my best friend yelled out, "grabbing some cups!" I shouted as I grabbed four cups and walked into the front room, I didn't see who their friend was, "dunno who you are, but we're watching The Matrix: Reloaded...if you don't like it then you can take your happy ass right out my front door. We watched the first one last week and so we have to finish watching the movies..." I said placing the cups on the coffee table as Gab opened the cookies and placed them on the coffee table. "I wasn't going to say anything" the man spoke, "can we watch John Wick next week?" Sean asked as I sighed, "we're watching the third Matrix next week and then we can watch John Wick" I spoke, "I wanna see The Lake House though" Gab spoke as I groaned, "what is with you two? Are you guys on a Keanuuuuuuuu..." I trailed off as I turned around and saw who their friend was. He held an amused smile on his face, "never mind. I know why you guys keep suggesting movies with him in them..." I spoke as they chuckled, "we were wondering when you were gonna turn around" Gab spoke as I looked at them, "how the fuck did you two even meet him?" I asked, Sean, chuckled. "Gab is one of my best friends" Keanu spoke, "ah! That's all that needed to be said..." I spoke as I pointed at Sean and his girlfriend, "if the two of you start making out like last time...we're gonna have some serious issues" I said as they all chuckled. I turned off the lights and settled on the couch between Keanu and Gab. Sean sat on the floor in front of his girlfriend. I pressed play after putting on the subtitles. "Why subtitles?" Keanu asked, "you'll find out..." I simply told him as the movies started, soon, there was a fight scene between Neo and Mr. Smith on a basketball court. "KICK HIS ASS NEO!" Sean shouted, "that would be why I have subtitles on...and why the TV is hella loud," I told Keanu who chuckled, "Y/n, what do you think of this one so far?" Gab asked as I shrugged, "it's better than the first one...at least this one is holding my interest..." I spoke as they chuckled.
After the movie ended, they all helped me clean up and now we were just hanging out as friends, listening to some music and enjoying each other's company. Keanu and I were playing Go Fish as Gab and Sean played their own little game, "got any..." I practically see the wheels turning in his head, "tens?" he asked as I groaned and handed him my two tens. "Asshole" I mumbled as he chuckled. "Y/n, how far did you get on Cyberpunk?" Sean asked without looking at me, "I met with Panam at midnight, listened to Johnny talk about how impressive his dick was apparently, got a new bike, still don't know how to get Johnny out of V's fucking head, and then I met the male romance option for female V" I spoke as Keanu snorted a bit. "What?" I cocked my head to the side, "just the way you said that" he chuckled, "what?! He talks about how his dick is apparently really impressive...like, gee thanks Johnny, cause I absolutely needed to know about that" I said as they all laughed. "Got any fives?" I asked Keanu as he chuckled, "Go fish" he spoke as I groaned slightly and then pulled a card out of the deck in between us. We were all silent for a moment, "I want ice cream" Sean randomly said as we looked at him, "well, there's an ice cream parlor not far from here..." I spoke, "how far?" Gab asked as I smiled and got up. "Within walking distance," I said as I gathered up the cards, "hey!" Keanu spoke as I looked at him, "you would've won anyway" I shrugged as he chuckled and got off the floor. "Lemme go get changed," I said walked upstairs and then changing into my outfit.

I put my hair up and then walked downstairs. Keanu chuckled a little, "nice shirt" he spoke as I looked at my shirt, "it was the first one I grabbed off the hanger" I told him as he chuckled, we left my house and started walking down the sidewalk. I hummed to myself as a song started to play in my head which caused me to start dancing. "She's jamming ut in her head" I heard gab say as I continued to dance while walking. My hips swayed to the beat that was playing to the song in my head.
~Keanu's pov~
I watched as her body moved to the song playing in her head, 'she's beautiful' I mentally spoke as she gasped. "What?" Sean asked, "Hamilton just started playing in my head!" she exclaimed as she started to softly sing a song. "Why do you write like you're running outta time? How do you write like you need it to survive?" she sang as I chuckled, "and this is the nerd we love" Gab spoke as she smiled at her. "I require a piggyback ride!" Y/n suddenly shouted as I crouched down, "get on" I simply spoke as she smiled and climbed onto my back, I placed my hands under her knees. "Onwards Keanu-senpai! To the ice cream parlor!" she shouted as she pointed into the sky which caused me to laugh. "Did you just call him senpai?" Sean asked as she giggled. "Don't question me mortal!" she shouted as she pointed at Sean, "or I'll; have John Wick here kick your ass...J-John Wick style..." she added as we all laughed and continued to walk. Once we got to where we were going, I set her down and we walked in.
~Your pov~
We got our ice creams and started walking again. I smiled as I happily ate my ice cream. "What did you get Keanu?" Sean asked, "vanilla..." he spoke, "Balck cherry" Gab spoke, "cookies and cream," Sean told us, "y/f/i/c (your favorite ice cream)" I told them, "can I try?" Kean asked as I nodded and handed him my cone, he licked my ice cream and then cocked his head. "Here...you can have this one" he joked as he handed me his, "Nooo!" I shouted as he chuckled and handed my ice cream back to me. I happily ate it before Sean looked at his phone. "Shit...Gab and I need to head home, Keanu, you ready?" Sean asked as Keanu looked at them and then at me. "Nah, I think I'm gonna hang out with Y/n a bit longer...I'll catch a cab home. See you guys" he spoke as we all waved bye to each other. Keanu and I continued to walk and talk until we reached my house. "I'll see you tomorrow?" he asked as I smiled, "if you want. You're a grown ass man...you can do whatever" I said as he chuckled, he then kissed me on the cheek. "Tomorrow then...for some coffee," he said as I smiled at him, "okay" I whispered as he kissed my cheek again and then kissed my knuckles before walking off. 'Tomorrow for coffee...is that a date?' I mentally asked.
