I walked with my friend on the sidewalk as we held our bags over our heads because of the rain, "shit, it's raining cats and dogs out...how much further?" my best friend asked as I pulled out my phone, it slipped out of my hand and landed in a puddle. "Maybe we should ask someone for help?" she asked as I grabbed my phone, we walked onto a porch and Athena knocked on the door. I sighed as I grabbed my hair and wrung it out. The door opened, "Hi, we're so sorry to bother you, but can you possibly tell us where the Whites' live?" she asked, "White? There's nobody on this street by this last name" a man spoke as I looked at him and my eyes grew wide, "y'know what! It's fine! I don't wanna give you Knock-Knock vibes" I told him as he chuckled, "what?" my friend asked as I looked at her, "you remember when we watched The Matrix?" I asked her as she nodded, "this is Keanu Reeves, he plays Neo in it" I told her as she looked at him, "I don't see it," she cocked her head, "imagine him without facial hair" I told her, "oh!" she spoke as I giggled, "we're so sorry to bother you, Mr. Reeves...the taxi dropped us off down the street because Athena insulted him" I told Keanu, "to be fair, the asshat was hitting on you and you were extremely uncomfortable" my friend spoke as I rolled my eyes, "we'll just call another cab," I spoke, "they won't come out in this storm," he spoke as I groaned.

"Why don't you two come in, it's just me and a friend," he spoke as I looked at him and chuckled. "Thank you so much" my friend spoke as we walked in, we removed our heels, "I'll go get you guys some towels...and two robes...I assume you don't want to stay in those cold clothing" he spoke as we smiled at him. He walked off, "make yourself at home" he shouted as we wandered into the front room and saw a man with green hair pulled back in a bun. He turned around, "oh shit, it's Jack-Spedicy," I said as he chuckled, "hi" he spoke, Irish accent thick. "Seems you got your wish" I spoke as he cocked his head, "you talked about how you would've love to meet Keanu in one of your videos...I don't remember which video but I remember you saying that" I said as he chuckled, "here you go girls...the bathroom is down that hall, to the left" Keanu spoke as we smiled at him, "I didn't know sizes, but hopefully these can fit you" he added as he handed us a pair of bra's and underwear. "They're clean...don't worry. My ex left them here. I haven't found the time to throw them out" he explained as I snorted and walked off. We walked into the bathroom, shed our wet clothes, dried off the best we could, slid on the clean bra and underwear, and then put the bathrobes on. I tied mine around me and then left my best friend to finish up.

I walked into the front room, "feel better?" Keanu asked as I looked at him, "much" I nodded "here, I made you some tea" he spoke as he handed me a coffee mug, "oh, I don't really drink tea...I'm more of a coffee person" I told him as he blinked a few times, "sorry" he spoke as he reached for it, I moved it away from him, "I'll still drink it. Because you already went through the trouble of making it" I told him as he chuckled a little. I took a sip, it was sweet and minty. "What type of tea is this?" I asked looking at him, "mint tea, it's supposed to help some people fall asleep and help clear out your sinuses...I make it because I like the taste. It's literally boiled water, mint leaves, and some honey or sugar. I use honey" he told me as I smiled, "it's delicious" I spoke as he smiled, "thank you" he spoke as my best friend walked out, he handed her a mug. "So, where were you two headed?" he asked, "we were headed to a guy's house who said we were gonna have a double date thing..." I explained, "it was just some guy she met on the street" my friend spoke as she took a sip of her tea, "yeah, the more I think about it...the more I realize that we might have dodged a bullet" I spoke as they all chuckled, "Y/n, do you think you can get an Uber to come out?" my friend asked as I shook my head, "my phone fell in a puddle remember?" I asked as Keanu looked at me, "I've got some rice, I can put your phone in it for a bit. Not that it would change anything. Much like taxi's...an Uber won't come down this road during this storm...hydroplaning is real bad in this neighborhood" Keanu spoke as I sighed, "guess we're stuck in this neighborhood until morning" I spoke as I handed my phone to Keanu, "why don't you two just stay the night here tonight?" he asked as we looked at him, "we don't want to intrude" I told him as he chuckled.
