THIS IS NEW (jan 21) , IT JUST HAS SO MANY VIEWS AND STUFF CAUSE I REPLACED AN OLD IMAGINE WITH THIS

for some, the library was a place of comfort. a place where you could dive into a new world and escape yours. each turn of the page was a new footstep towards the climax of dopamine.
but for sheduer , he hated the library. he felt like all eyes were on him, and he associated the library with boring silence and draining assignments. he rarely picked up a book if a grade wasn't coming with it. and to be honest, even when a grade was attached, he still wouldn't.
he would just much rather read a synopsis, or even better, watch a movie. real book worms knew that synopses left out the nuances and inhibited your own creative interpretations, and film adaptations were nothing like the written work.
sheduer walked into the library, already feeling uncomfortable. he didn't want to seem cocky, but people always got so surprised when he was on campus like he wasn't also a student. some people couldn't care less, and he loved those people.
he walked up to the desk, and stood in line. there were a couple people who probably needed some help with technology or finding something, or maybe printing something off. he just waited for his turn.
another thing that turned him away from this place was the fact that it always took so long. how come he comes once in a blue moon and they just so happen to be backed up each time.
some time passed and he was now about 3rd in line, the guy in the front had already been doing God knows what for like 10 minutes.
sheduer stood, hands clasped patiently, and tapped his index finger against his opposite hand. he had decided to get off of his phone for once, taking account of his surroundings.
his eyes meet a table that is closer towards the back of the library, but still not too far from the front. there was a girl on her laptop with a notebook next to her. probably getting some study time in.
that was a normal site for this place, of course. but what wasn't normal was the girl sitting at the table. her beauty was so unmatched: so unreal. she was like nobody or nothing sheduer had ever seen before.
no sculpture in any of the museums on the face of the planet earth, not any note out of any singers mouth, and not any paint stroke from the brush of the most seasoned artist's hands could compare to this seemingly unassuming young lady.
"can you hold my spot please?" he turned and asked the person behind him, not really waiting for an answer before she started to make his way towards the back. quite frankly, he wouldn't care if he lost his spot and had to wait all over again. he yearned to talk to her.
sheduer, admittedly, was a bit cocky. it was debatable on whether or not that was justified, but that's a conversation for another time.
he had never been nervous to talk to a woman, or anyone for that matter. but right now, his palms were growing wet.
"is this seat taken?" he asked, pointing to the seat across from her. luckily, the library was actually kind of full, so he didn't look like a complete stalker for passing all these tables just to ask about this seat.
"go ahead." she gave him a soft smile, and his heart almost skipped a beat at the completely normal gesture.
she noticed that he was the same guy she observed standing in line a couple minutes ago. "they're taking a while, huh?" she chuckled, already knowing the deal.
