All but Mr. Weasley, the Diggorys and Lyra, all laid in mangled positions on the grassy earth beneath them. Lyra giggled as she floated gracefully down to earth. When she landed she walked over to a very disheveled, very dizzy looking Harry, who was laying flat on the ground trying desperately to get up. She grabbed his hand and pulled him to his feet, holding him until his balance was regained.
"I was just like that when I first traveled by portkey." Her eyes lit up and she laughed at the dazed boy in front of her. Harry joined in laughing when they heard Ron groan.
"Ughhhh," the redhead groaned, his usually pink cheeks were tinted green, causing the girls to look at him with disgust. "I never want to travel by bloody portkey again." He retched into the ground, causing Lyra to jump back and grimace. "Bloody hell I cant feel my legs."
Hermione rolled her eyes at Ron's dramatics, she had been able to pull herself together fairly quickly. "Ohplease, Ronald." Ginny watched in horror as Hermione grabbed her brother by the arms and lifted him off the ground. Ron staggered around clutching his stomach. "Get over it." Hermione snapped, "It's really not that bad, i've read about portkeys, you should feel better soon."
"Merlin." Fred said leaning on george.
"I recon that's what a muggle roller coaster feels like!" George said with a wide smile.
"Not really," Lyra replied with a thoughtful look on her face, "I mean some of them maybe...."
"How have you been to a muggle theme park?!" Fred asked, "I thought your parents hated muggles?"
"That's exactly why i've been, Freddy. What do you think I did all summer in france?"
"I don't know erm family time?"
"Not a chance!" The girl laughed. "While Mum and Lucius were out mingling with their pure blooded besties, I took Draco to popular muggle attractions, you know trying to get him to gain some respect for them."
"That couldn't have worked!" Hermione said shocked that Draco would even go anywhere near the muggle world
"I didn't think it was, until we went to this magical place, well er not actually magical. It's called disney world, and it's in paris. Oh it was amazing!! There were roller costars and churros that looked like cartoon mice!"
Lyra continued to ramble about the muggle attractions her and Draco had visited while they walked towards the camp site. Harry watched her talk, mesmerized by the beautiful girl. Harry thought it was so cute when she's passionate about something. It seemed to the Potter boy that she had finally been able to get through her twins icy exterior, and racist views. His trance was broken when he heard the whole group in front of him gasp.
