AIB Mermaid AU.
Y'all know the mermaids in Pirates of the Caribbean? What if the girls of AIB (including Kurenai) were the mermaids? Militants hunting them. Niragi wanting to kill every last mermaid. Kurenai and Chishiya falls in love (duh).
