"Drinking. We're going drinking." Jess said, slamming the bus door.

"Why are your eyes puffy? What happened?" I stood, prepared to give her a hug.

She brushed me to the side. She's never done that. "I had a screaming match with Jack. He cheated on me. We're going drinking, put a dress on. I wanna be slutty."

"Oh God- Jess, this isn't the way to deal with this..."

"It's how I dealt with It last fucking time!" She locked herself in the bathroom with a dress and her makeup.

"What happened?" Leo took out his headphones.

I sighed. "Jack. You guys wanna party with her?"

Jordan frowned. "We should talk her out of it. She drinks too much as it is. This is how it started for me."

"Well, there's no talking her down. I might as well go to keep her safe."

"JESS!" I had to yell above the music, pulling her off the lap of the guy she'd just met. "YOU'RE NOT A STRIPPER!"

"Tonight I am baby!" She cheered, so did the guys around her. She giggled.

"Jess what the fuck..." I dragged her out the door. "Jess- Jess LISTEN."

"Why'd ya-" hiccup- "Take me out here? it's boring."

I sat her down on the curb. "Jess. I know you liked him, you liked him a lot-"

"No I DIDN'T!" she spat.

"Yes you DID. Jack was great for you and he treated you right and you fucking needed that! After all that you've been through with guys, you needed that! You liked him! You might have loved him some day! But you CANNOT let him destroy you."

"HE ALREADY HAS." She stood, crying. "I WAS PRETTY DAMN BROKEN AND HE KNEW AND PROMISED TO FIX ME AND THEN HE FUCKING TORE ME APART! DO YOU KNOW WHAT THAT FEELS LIKE?"

"I do." I sniffed.

She covered her mouth. "I'm so sorry Ma-"

"You think you're all a-fucking-lone in this world and nobody understands. We are ALL here for you and we are ALL fifty shades of fucked up, we fucking understand. We can't help someone who doesn't want to be helped."

I folded my arms and walked away. She called my name but didn't follow. The only thing I could hear anyways was a urgently beeping car horn.
