Two weeks later.

"How are you feeling?" Aang asked concerned for the sixteenth time today.

"I'm fiiiinnneee, you gotta stop asking me that every five seconds." Katara giggled.

"I can't help it." He admitted putting his arm around her shoulder.

"Besides, I can take care of myself." She reassured.

"I know you can. I just don't want you to be uncomfortable." He replied.

"If I am uncomfortable, I will tell you." She responded.

"Ok, ok. I'll stop bugging you." He chuckled.

KATARA'S POV :

A few hours later.

The sun was setting and my clothes were getting a bit uncomfortable so I changed into a loose, light and flowy nightgown I found in the back of my closet.

I couldn't think of why never wore it, it was so comfy.

I made my way downstairs and sat on the couch next to Aang.

"How are you feeling?" He asked putting down his phone.

"I feel great." I smiled as he put his arms around me.

And for a moment there it was so peaceful and quiet. As he held me it felt as if all my worries and fears had drifted away.

A little while later I got thirsty so I got up to go get some water.

"What do you need? I'll get it for you." Aang offered sitting up straight.

"I got it Aang, I can take care of myself." I clarified.

"Ok, ok. Are you sure you don't need help?" He asked still wanting to help.

"Yes, I'm sure. You can stop worrying about me. I'm perfectly able to get myself a glass of water from the kitchen, it's only a few steps away." I laughed.

I poured myself a glass of water and as I watched the was flow I became dizzy and my stomach slightly started to hurt.

I

'm sure I'm just tired I thought. I'll just go lay down and i'll feel better.

Suddenly I got these cramps that were so painful, I tried to walk closer to the couch to lay down but I got so dizzy I couldn't keep balance so I held onto the kitchen counter for stability.

"Ouch" I  shuddered as the pain grew.

Once Aang heard me he came sprinting. "Are you ok? What's wrong?" He worried putting his arm around my waist giving me more stability.

I tried stand up straight, but the more I tried to stand up straight the more the pain grew.

It was so painful I couldn't even hold the glass of water that was in my hands.

The glass fell to the floor making us both look down.

"You're bleeding." He acknowledged looking at the floor.

The sight of it made me fall to the floor.

"Wh- What does that mean? Are you going to be ok?" He stressed.

"I'll be fine but, I- I'm losing our baby." I sobbed.

"Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry." He comforted tearing up as well.

I cried into his arms and after a while everything went fuzzy.

I was so tired and the pain wasn't going away.
