Aang opened the door quietly afraid she was asleep and didn't want to wake her.
"Aang?" Katara coughed in a shaky voice attempting to get up.
"I'm here, I'm here." He assured rushing up to hold her head.
The others came inside all relived that she was fine and eventually left Aang and Katara by themselves.
"I was so worried about you, I'm so glad you're fine." Aang admitted
"I'm glad too, besides you don't have to worry it just a concussion. I love you" Katara giggled
"You're right, I love you too." Aang agreed.
A few hours later Aang and Katara were both asleep.
A little while later Katara woke up and watched him sleep on the tiny sofa the hospital had provided.
"Hey" Aang smiled waking up.
"Hey, how are you feeling." Katara asked.
"Shouldn't I be asking that question? i mean after all you are the one that's in the hospital bed" Aang laughed.
"You're always worrying about me, I just wanted to worry about you for once." Katara giggled.
"I can't help it." Aang yawned, "I just- I can't live without you."
"I can't live without you either." Katara fluttered.
They smiled at each other and both realized how cheesy that was and laughed about it.
