We ran in the dark alley, Ariana in my shoulders and Marina in front of me. My shoes splashed the water beneath me and my hands traveled the wall so i don't get lost in the darkness

Somehow we found a hint of light emanating from a drain in the ceiling. Marina pushed it with her hands and climbed up the hole; she then helped Ari and i to follow her steps

Outside everything was a chaos, people running everywhere, kids crying, and knights fighting against the invadors "We have to get outta here" Marina spoke

"But where?" I asked holding Ariana close to me

"I don't know, but we need to leave this town" She ran into an alley and i froze for a moment before following her. As escaping the thought of Luke wouldn't leave my mind, I needed to know if he's ok but i didn't know how

I ran until i couldn't see Marina's dress anymore, where is she? I completely lost her track beetween the people, what do i do now?

I feel big hands pulling from my shirt and i face a big fat man, yellow teeth shaped in a terrifying grin "What do we have here?" He spoke "What is doing someone like you doing in a place like this with this sweet little lady?"

The man moved his gaze to Ariana and she held onto me tighter "Aren't you pretty" He licked his lips disgustingly, his hand going through her tiny curls

"Don't touch her" i warned

"Or what? What are you gonna do?" The man gritted "Is just a kid, she'll grow up to be some whore, you should save yourself son" He meet Ari's tear filled eyes with his owns

"What's your name dear?" He asked softly but holding a bloody knife in his hand

"A-Ariana"

"Ariana? I've heard that before..." The man though for a while before his eyes went wide open and i knew i had to do something "The princess... YOU ARE THE PRINC-"

I sticked my knife in his heart before he could finish the sentence. Blood started to come out of the injury and his mouth, his eyes loosing life gradually until falling to the ground lifeless

"Run!" I told Ariana but when i noticed a foreign warrior had his sword pointing to me
