we were woken up by my alarm going off and I realized it was finally the first day of school. I shot up off my bed and shook kai
eli: kai! kai! kaaaaaii!
kairi: mmm
eli: bitch wake up! we have to get dressed!
kairi: for what? it's too earlyyy
eli: what do you mean for what!? for school!
he quickly turned around to look at me
kairi: OH YEAH HUH!
I threw him off the bed and I went into the bathroom to change while he changed in my room. I brushed my hair, brushed my teeth, washed my face and I walked out to my room
eli: ahhhh! we look so good!
kairi: I know!
we both looked in the mirror and danced
kairi: i'm gonna go finish up in the bathroom
eli: alright i'll be downstairs— oh! your toothbrush is on the left side
we parted ways and I walked downstairs to my parents playing "star wars" with colanders on their heads and spoons
y/n: you picked the wrong jedi, darth maul!
bakugo: im going to make you regret the day you were born, obi wan!
y/n: wo-
eli: hello?
they quickly threw the spoons and took the colanders off of their heads and smiled at me
bakugo: uh- good morning!
y/n: where's kairi?
eli: finishing up in the bathroom...
I walked over to the counter and grabbed a glass of water and the doorbell rang. my mom walked over to the door and in came my uncle
y/n: fatty!
todoroki: dummy!
y/n: come in
my mom and uncle hugged while my dad rolled his eyes
todoroki: it's so nice to see you
y/n: bruh you're acting like we didn't JUST drink like two nights ago
todoroki: and? it's still nice to see you
eli: hey uncle shoto!
todoroki: eli! you excited for school?
eli: yup!
todoroki: where's kairi?
eli: he's in the ba-
kairi: right here
eli: right there
todoroki: aw you look great, bud!
he said as he ruffled his hair
kairi: where's mom?
todoroki: oh uh... s-she had to work early today
kairi: oh..
eli: ...um dad is the food ready?
bakugo: yup, so sit your asses down before it gets cold
todoroki: hey kacchan
he teasingly said
bakugo: I TOLD YOU TO STOP CALLING ME THAT
my mom and uncle laughed. kairis expression changed and I knew it was because of his mom. I patted his head and smiled at him, his cheeks turned a little pink and he softly smiled looking down at his plate. we finished eating and soon enough we were at the door saying bye to our parents. my dad chuckled
eli: what
bakugo: you just look so much like your mom when we used to go to school
todoroki: I was thinking the same thing! I thought I was going crazy or something
y/n: oh my gosh let's take a picture of you two
bakugo: icy hot did you bring the camera
todoroki: yeah, alright you two
kairi: bruuuh
eli: mommm
y/n: oh quit your whining and smile!
I grabbed kairi by the neck and smiled while he just stood there. he got on my back and we took another picture
eli: okay we're gonna get going now
y/n: ugh! my baby's!
