Jason gritted his teeth as another wax strip came off. He thought that was only for girls. Apparently he was very wrong. Either that, or the stylists were just really messed up.
The three stylists did not look human. The first was a man with a bright blue beard, red hair, and tattoos all over him.
The second was a woman with pink skin- literal, vibrant pink skin-, light blue eyes, and black hair that was spiked upwards, at least one foot tall.
The last one was perhaps the most human-like. Her hair was a light blue, but her skin was normal. Her face was heavily coated with makeup, but unlike the others, she could've been identified as a human.
But she made Jason wary. Her eyes flickered with rage as if she hated her life. Jason could relate.
Apparently, that was the last wax strip.
"Okay," spike-haired woman clapped her hands with anticipation, "Now, we've just got to do some final touches before the master stylist--"
"I do not care woman. Just bring the stylist here already, or I really don't mind just wearing a simple t-shirt," He glared at them, giving them all a message to back off.
The two stylists looked horrified at the idea of him just wearing a t-shirt, and the constantly-angry woman raised an eyebrow, but before she could say anything the 'master stylist' entered, "Now please, sit down and relax, all of you."
Jason's head turned towards the person, his annoyance now slightly subsided. The woman looked inhumane, but not in a way like the others. She was just... too beautiful, perhaps?
Her hair was in between brown and blond, fading into a crimson red at the bottom. Her eyes were a brilliant green, with all other sorts of colours in them, making them look multi-coloured. Jason found this quite similar to the girl from district 8; Piper. But while this stylist was more elegant and towards perfection, Piper was anything but that.
"I'm Venus, a.k.a. your stylist. Now, please sit down."
Jason sat down, almost as if her words had cast a magic spell on him. But he still eyed her, he didn't trust anyone from the capitol.
"Now..." she continued, her sweet voice projecting itself across the room as she studied him. She squealed, which unnerved Jason, "Perfect. After so long have I finally seen someone worth styling. Are you sure you aren't a career?"
Jason wasn't sure what disgusted him more; the fact that she had classified him like a career, or the fact that she had just shrugged off the people who had gone in the games before, pretty much calling them 'unworthy for styling'.
But he let her continue, "I've been thinking, to do something towards the electricity side."
Jason raised an eyebrow, "Explain, perhaps?"
Her eyes twinkled, "Oh, just go along with the flow...... You're not ticklish, are you?"

Reyna sighed in relief, once they said they had made her 'presentable'. Of course she was disgusted, but she decided not to mess with people who had all sorts of hazardous styling materials.
The head stylist, named Orion, looked like he didn't care. He just told the other stylists, "Go with the plan," and went back to doing whatever he was doing.
"Okay then," said one of the stylists. Her face had yellow make-up instead of a classic pink or red, and her hair was done in a braid-bun. Her eyes were a dark brown with flecks of orange. She might have looked normal if it weren't for her hair, which was orange and styled up in a spike. "First of all, I'm Maxie. Anyway, so Reyna, I've got a few choices for what you can wear, make-up combos, and all that. I've decided you can choose which one you like the best."
