Harry ran to find Ron in seconds after what Y/n said to him. Once he found him, the questioning began.
"Do you know anything about Y/n that I don't know?" Harry raised his eyebrow.
"All I know is she tried getting on me," Ron answered, not looking him in the eyes.
Harry didn't say anything, he just walked away and went to steal veritaserum. When he finally got it, he basically zoomed to the hospital wing, and lucky enough for him y/n was still sleeping. He poured a drop of it into Y/n's water and woke her up.
"Y/n here have some water, you'll need it," Harry said giving her the water.
She gave him a suspicious look but drank it anyway.
"So Y/n did you try and cheat on me with Ron," Harry asked.
"No, he tried to get on me without my consent, and that's one of the things that made me jump," Y/n answered coughing some more.
"Okay, it's ok just lay back down." Harry smiled.
" I could've just told you that." Y/n rolled her eyes when the veritaserum wore off.
"I know, but I wanted to make sure." Harry sighed, putting his head on her legs.
She ran her fingers through his hair while her thoughts started to fade.
"Did you mean it?" Harry asked
"Did I mean what"
"When you said you loved me too, did you mean it?" Harry started to look her in the eyes.
Her head was blank for a few seconds until she remembered that she said I love you too, to harry. "Yes, I did mean it."
They sat there, quietly enjoying each other's company in comfortable silence until Raven barged in.
"Y/n you have a letter." Raven smiled while giving y/n the letter.
"Thanks." Y/n weakly said.
She opened the letter to see it was from her dad. She choked on her spit and started reading
"Dear y/n, you need to get your shit together and get Potter here. You are literally in front of him at all times. Just ask to hang out and capture him there. You're a disappointment for not doing it faster." - Voldemort"
Y/n closed the letter and took a deep breath. She looked at Harry but didn't say anything, she just hugged him. They sat there in complete silence.
