Warnings: a tiny bit of angst
"Bloody hell, this is gonna be one hell of a year."
At breakfast, everyone was talking about how Raven and y/n are probably the most fun but most dangerous girls to be around. Harry quickly noticed that Y/n wasn't at breakfast, but Raven was. His curiosity took over as he snuck out of the Great Hall to go see where she was at. He roamed the halls by the Gryffindor common room not thinking about the fact that he could just ask Raven where she was. He ran back to the Great hall and quickly went over to the Slytherin table.
"Um-H-Hi Raven do you know where Y-Y/n is by chance?" Harry stuttered, not looking Raven in the eyes. Of course, Raven quickly noticed this.
"Oh do what do I owe the pleasure, famous Harry Potter. If you like and care about her so so much, then you should already know." Raven laughed while rolling her eyes.
" Well, that helps," Harry muttered under his breath. Harry sat back down at the Gryffindor table as Y/n walked in.
"Well speaking of the devil," Harry whispered to Ron.
Harry quickly noticed that y/n wasn't taking her time walking like she usually does, this time she is speed walking her find her seat.
"You're not very talkative today." Draco laughed.
" Shut it Malfoy," Y/n mumbled.
" Yep sorry," Draco said.
Y/n ate breakfast while Raven and Draco talked about why mudbloods shouldn't be allowed to attend Hogwarts.
"Y/n what's your input on mudbloods?" Raven asked.
"I honestly don't care," Y/n replied.
Raven stared through y/n's eyes, searching for the reason why she was acting like this.
"Stop staring at me," Y/n said, not even looking at Raven.
" Okay, we will talk about it later." Raven laughed. As they finished breakfast, y/n was the first to stand up and leave to go get her books for class. When Draco, y/n, and Raven got to herbology, Harry sat across the room from them.
" Pottah has a real staring problem." Draco snickered.
"Tell me about it, he really does fancy you Y/n..." Raven laughed.
"I don't care, he'll be gone before we know it." Y/n glared at him.
" No way, he told you that you have to NOW? " Raven asked.
"Yep, and I don't have much time until he'll decide to do it himself," Y/n responded.
"Damn," Raven whispered.
"Good morning ladies and gentlemen welcome to herbology 101. I am professor Pomona Sprout and I will be teaching you in this class." Pomona said.
" You know, I've always hated herbology. Actually, the term 'herb' refers to a herbaceous plant, defined as a small, seed-bearing plant without a woody stem in which all aerial parts die back to the ground at the end of each growing season. ... The word herbaceous is derived from Latin herbāceus meaning 'grassy"' from herba "grass, herb"
Y/n spat out.
"You spend way too much time in the muggle world."
Draco laughed." It's not a muggle thing, it's basic knowledge." Y/n said.
"Y/n since your so interested in today's lesson, can you tell me what devil's snare hates the most?" Pomona called on you, knowing you weren't paying attention.
