chapter 7: Good side

Y/n rested her head on Harry's shoulder, feeling that once in her life she could relax. It was peaceful, quiet, and blissful. She couldn't believe she was doing this, but she needed to escape... Escape her dad's request. Harry was now asleep, the same thing with Y/n until the door of the hospital wing opened. Harry looked up to see who was there and it was Draco.

" Do I see what I think I see?" Draco questioned.

"Shh, she's asleep." Harry shushed him.

" Why is she here" Draco whispered.

" I don't know! She just walked in without an explanation." Harry looked down at her peaceful face.

"Ugh well, I guess I'll let you guys go." Draco huffed in jealousy.

" No need to be jealous Malfoy, we're just friends." Harry glared.

"Mkay. You're lucky I like her, or my father would've heard about this. You know her dad's plan right? Getting on her good side won't do you any good." Draco laughed.

" I'm not trying to get on her good side," Harry explained.

"Good luck Pottah, but I'm telling you, you're not getting out of this alive." Draco swayed, walking away.

When Draco walked away, Harry kissed y/n on the forehead. After a few minutes, y/n finally woke up.

" Was someone here?" having Y/n asked.

" Oh um no, no one was here." Harry lied.

"Mhm... Okay well, I better go see what Malfoy is up to. Hope you get better Harry." Y/n said, walking off into the halls.

" Wow...." Harry whispered in surprise that y/n just spent the night with him.

On Y/n's way to the Slytherin common room, she bumped into Hermione.

"Oh! Sorry. Wait, y/n? Oh, you got a lot of explaining to do." Hermione jumped pushing y/n into a closet.

"Care to explain what you were doing with Harry last night?" Hermione roared.

"I don't think it's any of your concern,  mudblood."Y/n laughed.

Hermione sat there for a few seconds, but then quickly snapped back.

" Your words can't hurt me anymore and frankly I don't care what you think about me. Just tell me what you were doing with Harry!" Hermione pushed.

" Is little mudblood jealous?" Y/n snickered while walking out.

Y/n was walking up the stairs to the Slytherin common room when she felt a snake slither around her leg.

" Nagini? Come on, come to my dorm with me." Y/n whispered.

Y/n and Nagini entered her dorm as y/n was greeted by Raven.

" Hi, sister bird." Raven laughed, hugging y/n.

"Hey" y/n smiled.

"I saw you with Harry last night. I better be an aunt in 9 months." Raven said to y/n as they walked to Hogsmeade.

When they got to Hogsmeade they were greeted by Draco.

"Hi, m'lady." Draco joked.

"Shut up." Y/n playfully pushed.

They walked around Hogsmeade for a good 4 hours until it was 10 minutes till curfew.

"Shit we better get back." Raven cursed.

"Eh who cares. No one is gonna complain if two Riddles and a Malfoy are out late." Y/n joked.

"Speaking of which, Y/n do you know when the death eater meeting is tonight?" Draco shivered at the thought. ( a/n also I know the timeline doesn't match up okay just leave me alone and imagine)

"Yeah it's at 8, we have 15 minutes to be there," Y/n answered.

"We should get going then," Draco suggested.

"Your right, lets go." Y/n nodded.

When they got there, they were greeted by Voldemort.

"Take a seat." He demanded.

They all sat down and waited for him to say something.

"Step it up," Voldemort said with no context.

Everyone turned to him, but not looking him in the eye.

" What do you mean, Dark Lord?" Lucius asked.

" Potter isn't dead yet is he? NO! Step it up! He's weak, stupid, and a disgrace to wizards." Voldemort boomed. 

He got up out of his seat and walked around the table, observing every single detail about everyone. "Weren't you the one who said you wanted to kill him yourself?" Y/n smirked.

Voldemort didn't say anything, he just glared at her not wanted to admit that she was right.

" Your right y/n, but im disappointed in you guys. You guys are supposed to bring him here then ill kill him." Voldemort huffed.

"Work harder." He also said while dismissing everyone.

Y/n, Draco, and Raven got back to the Slytherin common room without getting caught.

"Im going to sleep guys, goodnight!" Raven smiled.

They all said goodnight but Y/n and Draco stayed in the common room.

" You know y/n, you're going to have to think of something fast. The dark lord is already on to you protecting Harry." Draco whispered.

"Im not protecting him. But I think im falling for him..." Y/n blushed at the thought.

"No way. I mean y/n you know I fully support you because if I didn't I would probably be dead but seriously." Draco stared.

"I know! And I've tried to avoid having feelings for him but I can't..." Y/n looked down at her shoes.

" Okay... I support you but if you get killed because of it im gonna laugh." Draco giggled.

" And you have every right to," Y/n said leaving him and going to her dorm. She sat down on her bed and got out her diary.

"Dear diary...

                         Today has been rough. Hermione tried getting smart with me but I think I handled that pretty well. We also had a death eater meeting today and oh boy was it weird. Dad actually acknowledged that I was right for once which is super not like him. Also, I have a huge problem that needs to be solved. I think im starting to fall for Harry potter. Yes, you heard me right, Harry fucking potter. I don't think dad knows about this, which is good. But I know that he has no intention of liking me back. I don't know what to do... I just want to be able to be on his good side.
