Switched Inuyasha x reader

Snow beast

A blizzard hit the area surrounding you, mounds of snow beginning to clump together. Taking the form of a head with icicles for teeth, a body coming to life as the tail smashed violently against the earth. It was huge, giving a roar that shook Inuyasha's very core.

You were cold as the weather around you both. The creature's face had no eyes or any facial features. When had this parasite latched onto you? "This beast had to have been helped by someone."

"You're absolutely right Inuyasha." Evil laughter came from behind as Inuyasha doged a misty appendage attempting to penetrate his skull. He ended up releasing you in the process by accident. "No!" He reached out to grab your deathly frame. But the same solid-like mist bound his arms and legs. While picking you up bridal style.

"I did say you'd pay for what you did."

He recognised that gurgly voice, "you're that damn prick who captured (Y/n) before!"

"Yes very smart, although my intended target was Kagome I did not know their souls had been switched, so naturally of course my friend followed her back to her original body. This whole time the creature has been feasting on the girl's life force to gain immense power."

"(Y/n)..." how did he stop it when he didn't know how? Using his sword was no use because, 1. He's being restrained right now and 2. No matter how he attacked the snow beast it would simply rebuild itself with all the snow.

"What will happen to her?"

The shadow creature had black slits for eyes as he carried you in the many arms it could make. "As the parasite feeds more on her energy she will become cold as ice. She will be a lifeless husk of shriveled up skin."

Inuyasha tried his best to fight the shadows binds but this thing was just too strong. The snow beast bared it's frozen fangs, slamming it's tail done on the old hut. So now Inuyasha felt the full brunt of the bilzzard.

He scraped his claws against the snow but the stupid shadow wouldn't loosen his hold on his limbs. "Let her go you piece of shit!"

It chuckled, "I'm being a gentleman here. I would implore you to lessen that colourful vocabulary of yours."

His amber pupils were set right on you in his misty hold. You were literally blue, no longer the glowing, healthy, very alive looking, (s/c) tone to your skin.

Another roar emitted from the beast, it lifted it's huge head. Showing it's chest to the shadow creature. "Oh right I forgot."

Inuyasha shouted at the creature as it lifted you towards the white beasts chest. Being sucked in like a bug, adrenaline rushed through his blood. He swiped the binds away and charged for the where you'd been sucked into.

But it's tail was far more solid than he thought as he went barreling into the shallow stream nearby. Just one strike and the breath had been knocked from him. "Damn, give her back!"

He unsheathed his sword and attacked with the wind scar. As he thought it split apart, taking special care to make sure you were not hit. Then it simply morphed the snow to make itself bigger.

It's center was where you were located. "Right so it's no use using my sword or any attack of mine. What do I do?"

Miroku and Sango were well acquainted with demons. So they'd know what to do in order to defeat this one.

He had to act quickly so you didn't die, did he need to warm you up or what? You were absolutely craving his touch before to get warm by any means.

The snow beast stomped a paw down on the dog demon but he caught it before he was squashed, its paw landed with a heavy thud on the ground.

Inuyasha snarled as it growled in return. "She's not dying on my watch, we finally got somewhere instead of nowhere and you ruined it."

He charged again, dodging the swinging tail. He landed straight inside its body.

The shadow laughed, "you can freeze to death with her."
