The Great Prophecy
It begins when two cousins grapple for a fleece:
The Son of the Sea
And the Lighting Thief—
When the half-blood born of the greatest gods
Shall reach eighteen against all odds
And fight despite when Hope does creep
Away 'fore the cursed blade shall reap.
But when there is betrayal
Of the best and the worst kind
Is when Hope switches over
To be one on Evil's side.
And after Hope has fallen,
The Father's rise shall be complete
So that any chance at victory
Turns dull and obsolete.
And the power must combine of those who were victim to His daze
Of anger, fear, and envy;
Olympus to preserve or raze.
