"So, how did you two meet?" Karen asked and poked at her chicken. She had invited Hannah to stay for dinner and they were now at the kitchen table, having chicken.

"Eehm, it's sort of complicated but still really simple," Michael said, raising an eyebrow at himself.

"Okay, that makes total sense," Karen chuckled and took a piece of rise and chicken.

"No but, uuh, we met at school, kind of through Calum because he's dating Kira, Hannah's best friend and yeah. I guess it's not that complicated when you think about it," Michael said, drinking some water. Hannah didn't know what Karen thought about her or what Michael and Hannah were. She probably thought they were together since she found them going at it.

"It wasn't that complicated. So you have known each other for two weeks?" Karen kept asking questions and Hannah was sort of relieved. She didn't have to speak very much.

"Yeah, but we've hung out a lot and we know each other really well so don't worry about anything," Michael said. He was talking like anyone normally would to their mom but too casual for it to be about something like this. Was he used to talking to his mom about this kind of stuff? Because Hannah sure didn't.

"Oh, I'm not worried," Karen said and turned to Hannah. "You seem like a lovely girl for Michael, Hannah.

After that an awkward silence filled the room. They kept eating but no one spoke a word. Hannah felt uncomfortable and awkward and she wanted this dinner to be over.

When they all had eaten up, Karen cleared the table without accepting any help and Michael dragged Hannah up the stairs.

"My room is kind of dorky so don't bully me for it, please," Michael chuckled before opening the door and walking in before Hannah. There was a bed in the corner next to a desk with a big computer and a lot of small extra things Hannah would never understand. There was a TV and a lot of game consols Hannah would never know the names of. She saw a Playstation but that's all she recognized. But the most noticeable thing was the wall of posters. Hannah saw All Time Low, Green Day, Pierce The Veil, blink-182 and a lot of other bands.

"Wow," was all she could say as she stood in front of the wall. There was not one spot where you could actually see the wall.

"You are such a fangirl," Hannah said, turning around to face Michael.

"Shut up, they're all amazing and you know it," Michael said turning Hannah around by her shoulders. "Now which one do you like the most?" Michael pointed to the posters.

Hannah looked around the wall and as she did so, she felt Michael wrap his arms around her waist from behind. She looked around the wall and found a small poster of All Time Low on stage. She knew it was from Straight To Dvd since she had seen it so many times. She pointed to it to show Michael which one she had chosen.

"That one. I like that the most."

"Yeah, I like that too, my favorite is this one of Green Day though," he said, pointing to a bigger picture where Billie Joe was screaming. It was cool but Hannah still liked the All Time Low one better.

"Yeah, it's cool." Hannah said, not really knowing what to do with herself since Michael had his arms wrapped around her. She didn't have to think about it for too long though because Michael spoke.

"Hannah, you know you're really unpredictable."

"What?" Hannah turned around in Michael's arms which made him let go of her. "What do you mean?"

"I just, I never even have an idea of what you're going to do or how you're going to react to something. At Calum's party you didn't even hesitate on kissing me, you just did it. You went and just dyed your hair without even thinking about it first. You reacted like you had never been happier when I asked if you wanted to come with me to the concert. And then you kissed me. I don't get you, Hannah, yet I feel like I have never been closer to anyone and we've only known each other for like two weeks! You fuck me up so bad and I have no idea what's going on between us and I'm just really confused." He let out a big sigh and sat down on his bed.

Hannah was speechless. She had no idea Michael felt this way and didn't know how to react or what to say.

"Uhm, I'm sorry? I don't know what to say, Michael." Hannah bit her lip and looked down at her feet. She felt like she should say something more but didn't know what.

"I really like you, Hannah. I really do."

"I really like you too, Michael."

"Is this the point where I ask you out?" Michael chuckled and made Hannah smile, big. Hannah hadn't expected that but it made her so happy.

"Yes please."

"Hannah middlename Johnson, will you go out with me?" Michael asked, getting down on one knee, pretending to propose. Hannah laughed and sat down on her knees in front of him.

"You know this is really, really cheesy, right?"

"Uh huh." Michael smiled with his whole face while he looked down at Hannah.

"Yes, I'll go out with you." They smiled at each other and Michael cupped Hannah's cheeks and brought his lips to hers. A shiver went down Hannah's spine and she felt Michael smile into the kiss. It felt so great, kissing Michael. Hannah knew that her crush on Michael were growing bigger and evolving and she was just hoping Michael felt the same about her. How could they have met just two weeks ago?

Hannah ran her fingers through Michael's hair and saw the red in her head. That's when she got an idea.

"Hey, Michael," Hannah said, pulling away from him.

"What?"

"I think you need a new hair color."
