"I need to look hot!" Kira shouted and threw another dress on the floor. "Calum has to think I look amazing."
It was already friday and Hannah had been called over to Kira's house after school to help her find an outfit for the party. So far, Kira had just thrown clothes all around the room and complained about different flaws she found.
"Everything looks fine!" Hannah groaned and layed down on the bed. "You're practically already dating anyway so why do you have to impress him so much?"
Kira just raised her eyebrows at Hannah and shook her head before she returned to go through her closet.
After a while when Hannah had looked through Twitter, Instagram and Tumblr another time, Kira seemed to finally have made a desicion.
"Okay, this looks good, right?" She turned to Hannah and raised her eyebrows. She was nervously biting her lip and looking impatiently at Hannah. Hannah turned her head up to look at her friend. Kira was wearing a plain black, tight skirt and a dark red shirt. It was plain but it looked really good on Kira.
"Yeah, you look great, Kira," Hannah said and got up from the bed. She walked over to Kira's closet and pulled out a pair of black high heels and threw them to Kira.
"Now your legs will look like they go on forever. Now are you done with choosing an outfit so we can go pick up Asha?"
"Yeah." Kira nodded as she put the shoes on. Hannah checked her phone again but nothing new.
They went downstairs and Hannah slipped her dark blue vans on her feet. The shoes were really worn out but there was no way Hannah was going to stop wearing them.

The car ride to Asha's house consisted of Kira rambling on about if it was the right outfit or not. Hannah kept assuring her that she looked great and that Calum wouldn't care about her clothes but Kira didn't stop whining. After a while Hannah gave up and just focused on driving. She didn't drive very often since Ashton always drove her to school but when she did, she loved it. She had never really understood what was so great about driving until she actually got to do it herself. It was one of the things that Hannah loved doing, and it wasn't many things she truly loved.
When they got to Asha's house, she was already standing outside the door. She was leaning against the house wall, doing something on her phone. Hannah honked to get Asha's attention and she snapped her head up. She lifted her hand and slightly waved as she made her way to the car. Her phone seemed to be the most interesting as she didn't taker her eyes off the screen.
"Hi, Asha," Kira said when Asha got in the car and slammed the door shut. She just nodded in response, not taking her eyes off the screen.
"What's so interesting?" Hannah asked with a smile while she drove down the street. It was just 6 pm but they were going to Nandos to have dinner before the party.
"Nothing," Asha answered but both Kira and Hannah could practically hear her happiness. They shared a glare before Kira turned around to face Asha.
"Asha, you're blushing! Who is it?"
"No one! Just some guy, I don't know," Asha tried to leave the subject but nor Hannah or Kira wanted to let it go. Hannah had no idea who she was talking to could be, but she was determined to find out by the end of the night. She zoned out and thought for herself without listening to Kira and Asha anymore. Their conversation didn't consist of very much anyway. Just Kira trying to convince Asha to tell her who she was talking to.
Hannah's mind wandered as usual and landed on Ashton again. She still hadn't gotten him to tell her who the girl was. It was just so weird to Hannah. Her brother was having feelings for someone who might just be using him and he didn't even tell her. Hannah always told Ashton everything and she just assumed he did the same to her. But apparently he didn't. If he hadn't told her about the girl, what else is he not telling her?
