Dahlia walked through the familiar corridors of the castle, now fully restored back to its glory. The War was over. Voldemort had been defeated. Hogwarts had been opened again, the seventh years being offered to come back for a more educational year. A lot of the seventh years had decided to not come back, but a few were still in the castle.

Dahlia was done with her classes for the day as she made her way back to the Ravenclaw dorms, setting her bag down at the end of her bed and simply throwing herself on the bed, still in her robes. It had been a rough couple of months for the girl. Her half sister, whom she loved more than anyone else in the world had been brutally murdered during the war by the famous Greyback werewolf. She spent most of the nights awake because everytime she closed her eyes, images of the horrible day came flooding through her head. She would usually only get about three or four hours of sleep every night and it had started to affect her in classes. She couldn't keep focus anymore, not being able to handle the sleepless nights.

Padma, her best friend since first year, told her to go to Madam Pomfrey and ask for a sleeping potion, but Dahlia didn't want to do that. Instead, she laid on her bed every night, thinking about how she could've helped her sister, blaming herself for not being there at the time she needed her the most. Dahlia hoped that Greyback was rotting in Azkaban for all eternity. She hated every single cell in his body, his last words to the girl ringed through her head every single day and there was nothing she could do about it.

Even though Lavender and Dahlia were very different from each other, the two girls still got along very well. Sometimes Lavender would do or say something that made Dahlia cringe inside, and sometimes Dahlia would do or say something that made Lavender annoyed. They fought a lot between themselves some days, but after a few hours to compose each other, they got back to talking like nothing had happened. That was what Dahlia loved so much about her relationship with Lavender. The two together with the Patil twins were inseparable and never got out of each other's side, the only time being apart when Padma and Dahlia had to go back to the Ravenclaw room while Pavarti and Lavender went back to the Gryffindor room.

Dahlia looked back at the days they were together and she thought to herself that she would give up everything to be able to bring her sister back. But unfortunately there was nothing she could do, so instead she just tried to push these feelings deep down and wait till everyone was asleep so she could break down on her bed, still having to be careful to not be heard by her fellow roommates.

For a few minutes, Dahlia stayed in her bed deep in thought, when suddenly the door opened and there entered her best friend, accompanied by her twin sister. They sat together at Padma's bed which was on the left next to Dahlia's.

"Dahlia please, you look awful. You haven't slept properly in months. You have to go to Madam Pomfrey so she can give you a sleeping potion."

"Plus, the teachers are starting to notice you're not doing as well in classes as you did before."
