Today was the day Dahlia had been waiting for a while. It was finally going to be the first game of the year and that was something she was excited about.

It would be Gryffindor vs. Ravenclaw and Dahlia couldn't wait for her team to beat the Gryffindors.

Dahlia was already dressed in her uniform, sitting next to Padma as she took small bites of her breakfast, not feeling much hungry.

"Are you nervous?"

Dahlia turned around to Padma, shaking her head slightly with a smile forming on her lips.

"Not really. More excited though. After everything that happened, I think a game will be a good distraction."

"In that case, I'm sure you'll beat their arses."

Dahlia let out a small chuckle before finishing off her breakfast and looking around at the Ravenclaw table. Only a few teammates still stood there, the others probably already at the quidditch pitch.

"Hey, Dahlia. Someone's been staring at you for a long time now."

Dahlia furrowed her eyebrows, looking at where Padma was pointing. Her eyes met the dark ones of a Slytherin guy, making her lips turn into a smirk as she stared at him.

"Blaise, you mean. Right. About that."

She turned to look back at Padma, who wore a confused expression on her face. Dahlia also didn't notice the boy getting up from the table and making his way towards her.

He sat down next to her on the Ravenclaw table, grabbing the attention of a few of the students close. Dahlia turned around to look at him, a smile on her face.

"Just wanted to wish you good luck. I'm sure you won't need it with the Gryffindors. Unless it was with Slytherin."

Dahlia scoffed, rolling her eyes as he only smirked at her.

"Please, the Ravenclaw team is way better than the Slytherin one. We would beat your arses."

"If you say so."

Smiling, he put his hand on the side of her face, bringing her in for a small kiss. Dahlia's first instinct was to pull away so no one would know about them. But she remembered they had decided to start dating so she quickly kissed back, bringing her hand to the back of his neck.

He pulled away soon enough, putting a strand of her hair behind her ear as he smiled at her.

"Good luck either way. I'm sure you'll crush them."

"Thanks, Blaise."

He gave her another quick kiss before getting up from the Ravenclaw table and making his way out of the Great Hall. Dahlia turned around to see Padma's shocked expression.
