Drista wakes up.

She is surrounded by trees, in a deep forest. One that looks familar, like the one beside L'manburg.

L'manburg.

Drista sits up immediatly, and starts running through the trees. She continuously runs into tree branches, but instead of bruising or scratching her, they do no damage. Drista notices this, but doesn't acknowledge it.

She finally breaks through the leaves and sticks, and the light shines on her face, blinding her for just a moment. She examins the area, and the whole place blown up. Deep holes lay everywhere, but the fire has been dealt with. Inside the holes, tiny houses and platforms have been built on the cliff. She can see a few people moving around on one of them.

She wonders why there are holes there, though, and remembers something blowing up, but she cannot remember who did. She tries to recall what happened. The only things Drista remembers are blood, fire, explosions, and her seeing light after hugging someone... or was she doing something besides hugging them?

She remembers Ghostbur, and how he told her he can't remember anything about his life. She felt exactly the same way now, but she wasn't dead, was she?

At that moment, she started to panick.

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH WHAT THE F-" It was like everything around her was fading away, crashing down, breaking, everything. Drista fell to her knees, and whipped her head around, looking. All the trees, holes, ground, everything, seemed to become blurry. Drista shook hard, and couldn't seem to calm herself.

She then felt a hand on her shoulder.

Or, a hand floating on her shoulder.

"Drista?"

Everything suddenly went back to normal, and Drista stood up quickly. She punched the figure in the face, or at least tried to. She wasn't solid. She was actually dead.

She was a ghost.

"Drista, calm down..." Drista's eyes focused, and she noticed. The figure was wearing a green sweatshirt, and a mask.

"Dream?"

"Oh my god, I have to be seeing things..." Dream grabbed his hair, and shook himself. "It's not Drista, it's just me recovering from the shock..."

"No no, Dream, it is me." Drista said. She sniffled. "I'm dead now..."

"I know that, I just came back from burying you! You can't be here! You're dead!"

Drista nodded. "Yeah, I'm a ghost. I don't remember anything. I don't remember what happened, or how I died..."

"I shouldn't have left you alone in the middle of everything, that was so dumb! Now that stupid asshole Ghostbur stabbed you..."

"Wait, Ghostbur stabbed me?"

"Oh, you don't remember that?" Dream's eyes widened. "I probably shouldn't have told you that. Now that is supposedly gonna be the only thing on your mind."

"No no, it's fine. It's probably for the best." Drista felt a feeling of defeat. One of her friends stabbed her. Why? For what reason?

She felt herself slowly becoming more transparent. She just wanted to completely disappear, and no one could see her, not even Dream. Dream noticed this, and started to ramble.

"Nonononononononononono Drista don't go please no...." he looked around for anything to keep her engaged. "Um, uh, um..... Dristapleasedon'tgoimsorryishouldn'thavetoldyouthatohmygod..."

But Drista was completely invisible by the time Dream finished speaking, and she has already started to make her way towards L'manburg.

She could sense him. Ghostbur.

And she was going to send him to hell.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

It had been two weeks since the trio blew up L'manburg again.

Ghostbur had only been seen a few times by other civilians, but otherwise, he was gone. Out of sight. He probably wouldn't come out for while, or show his face for that matter.

Tommy spent most of his days in his house, which was built in the side of a cliff over one of the biggest holes. He hadn't ventured out much, or even gone exploring down in the cave systems underneath him. He just sat in his house, thinking.

There wasn't much to do anyways without Drista and Techno.

Techno had been arrested, because he was an adult and caused the most damage to the population, including killing and murdering a few people. Tommy, however, was a minor, and only got a week of house arrest. But even though his sentence was over, he still didn't choose to go anywhere.

Techno was sent to see him the other day, under supervision of course. He told Tommy to get some fresh air, and get over himself. Techno told him Drista sadly might not come back as a ghost, because she didn't really have anything to come back to besides them. But Tommy didn't listen, and sulked the entire time.

The sun started to set, and Tommy walked over to the window to look out. He still had crutches and a back brace because of his fall, and it hurt to do much of anything. He tried to be strong and recover fast, like Drista, but he didn't have the strength to get up and motivate himself.

He felt lost.

The only thing Tommy could really think about was Drista, and the day where Ghostbur sent him into what felt like an infinite void of panick, after he tried to save Drista. It was terrifying in there, with monsters, noises, and disturbing voices all around.

Tommy had no hope for himself.

He was lost in thought, when all the sudden, there was a knock on the door.

"Tommy? Are you home?"

Tommy walked towards the door, and opened it weakly. An officer stood there, holding a clipboard. He looked distressed, and worried.

"Um, Tommy, we have some news..."

"What is it?" Tommy mumbled. He was too tired to have a conversation now, couldn't they just come back tomorrow?

"We have sent out a search party, an urgent one, and required everyone to lock down. I'm afraid your brother has escaped, and gone crazy."

Even though Tommy was fatigued and lethargic, this made him gain focus immeditally. "WHAT?"

"Techno has killed multiple people already, and left a note on the cell wall explaining he found Drista and was going to help her. Do you know who Drista is?"

Tommy knew exactly who Drista was.
