Deceitful people tend to believe they know you
what you'd do
what's best
and what's in your interest
playing manipulative games
accusing and denying
then not even making a sound excuse
they'll drive you mental
Deceitful people
you could pitifully be related to
someone you can't escape
where nothing and ever good enough
as he repeats—
"it's not that fucking hard"
Deceitful people
you need to stand up to
say your truth and be brutally honest
for the emotional abuse they've inflicted
is nothing to what's coming for them
from your sweet lips
in those dark eyes
and courage forcing
to reclaiming what was yours to begin with.
