chapter 4

"Good. Alright, let's go pay." Sam said then they walked to the self-checkout lane.

5 pm...

Ellie fell asleep during the car ride back home. Sam was happy that they didn't have to do anything today. It's Sunday.

"Hey." Sam quietly wakes Ellie up.

"Mm-" Ellie moans.

"Haha. What is she dreaming about?" Sam whispered to himself.

Sam didn't want to disturb Ellie's nap, so he got all of the groceries and put them inside. After that, he went back to the car and carried Ellie into the house in a princess-like position.

"Aaa-" Ellie makes more noise.

Sam carefully puts her down on his bed once he gets to his room. Ellie stretches herself, causing her dress to lift up a little. Sam smiles and when he found out that she was awake, he started tickling her.

"S-Sammy! S-Stop- Ahaha!" Ellie giggles as she tickles him back.

"Haha, no! Fight me!" Sam gets a better grip on her stomach, which is one of Ellie's most sensitive spots.

"A-ah- Oop. Hehe." Ellie noticed that she hadn't laughed, but moaned.

"We should probably stop now," Sam replied.

"Okay," Ellie said as Sam laid down on the bed next to her.

6 pm...

Ellie lets out a long sigh, Sam mimics her.

She laughs, then hugs him.

"Weirdo," Ellie said, then got up to change her clothes. Sam slowly followed.

Ellie took her dress off, put shorts on and then walked up to Sam.

"E-Ellie- what are you doing? Y-you're not w-wearing a s-shirt." Sam said after he sees her. He coughs, feeling nervous and flustered.

"Hehe. I was just wondering where your hoodie was. Sorry if I scared you. Haha." Ellie said, then noticed Sam's hoodie on the desk where she put it the night before. She puts it on, without putting a shirt on. Sam ignores the perverted thought of his best friend naked.

They grabbed the snacks and laid next to each other in bed. Ellie snuggles with Sam once again. They have three movies to watch tonight. That means that they would fall asleep around 11 pm.

Movies to watch:

1. To All The Boys I've Loved Before (Ellie)

2. A Dog's Purpose (Ellie and Sam)

3. IT Chapter Two (Sam)

9:50 pm...

After the first two movies, Ellie was emotional. She looked at Sam after A Dog's Purpose and cried into his shirt.

"Elliebear." Sam turns to her with a hug. He didn't know if she was okay with watching IT Chapter Two since it was a "scary movie" she called it.

"I-I love you, Sammy." She goes onto his lap and hugs him tighter.

"I love you too," Sam replies, then kisses her forehead.

"Are you okay to watch IT?" Sam considerately asked her before switching the movie.

"Yeah. I'm okay." Ellie tells him.

"Alrighty then." He said, then takes a long pause to see her expression, she's just smiling. He then changes the movie from A Dog's Purpose to IT Chapter Two.

10:35pm...

"Ellie..." Sam said while turning to Ellie, only to see her sleeping face.

"Awe..." Sam said to himself.

"Thanks for making this the best birthday ever Elliebear. I love you so much." Sam tells sleeping Ellie, but then realizing that she was awake the whole time.

"...Hehe...your welcome Sammy." Ellie tiredly said while she intimately kissed his neck.

"Haha, woah there. Let's go brush our teeth first okay?" Sam said.

"Okay. But, can you come with me?" Ellie asked.

"That's what she said, but okay." Sam jokingly responds.

They first walk into the bathroom, then brush their teeth with each other.

"I have to pee, Sam." Ellie tells Sam after they're done brushing their teeth.

"That's okay, I won't look." Sam reassures her.

"N-no. I want you to. Come here." Ellie seems very tired.

"Ellie, are you sure? I don't want you to do something you'll reg-" Sam said but is cut off by Ellie kissing him on the lips. They make out for a short while. Ellie is just sitting on top of the sink while Sam is standing up. Ellie grabs his hand while kissing and then...

"Ellie!" Sam said while waking her up.

"Mm- yeah?" Ellie responds. She seems to have dreamt that last part.

"You good? You missed the ending of the movie." Sam explains to her.

"Which one?" Ellie asked him, surprised.

"IT Chapter Two." Sam replies.

"Was it good?" Ellie asked as he walked into the bathroom alone.

"N-not reall-y, you wo-uldn't li-ke i-t." Sam said as he brushed his teeth.

"Oh okay." Ellie replies, then turns off the TV.

"What was that dream? It was so... weird. No. No. Sam is my best friend, I wouldn't do anything like that to him... would I?" Ellie thought to herself.

Sam walked into the room. Ellie walked into the bathroom.

"Man, I'm so tired." Sam said as he climbed in the bed.

Five minutes later...

"Sam? Can I turn the light off since the other lamps are on?" Ellie asked.

"Uh yeah sure." Sam calmly replied, then she turned the light off.

She went into his bed and cuddled with him again. They both turned off the lamps that were on each other's nightstands. Ellie then pulled the blanket that they bought and got comfortable in it. She got the stuffed rabbit and gave it to him.

"Aww thanks babe." Sam said to Ellie.

"I have something else for you too baby." Ellie told him, then started to get something from her bag. She giggles while turning her lamp back on.
