chapter 7

"Morning." Ellie said, still on facetime, to Sam.

"Oh shoot. Hey. The call was on the whole night?" Sam said as he looked outside his window, it's 6:30am.

"I'm guessing it was. It was on when I woke up. I woke up like five minutes ago." Ellie responds.

"Cool. I was reading your book about the two friends who fell in love. It's pretty good." Sam politely compliments.

"Thanks, but you always say that. I have to change. Pick me up in 20 minutes?" Ellie asked.

"Yeah, bye." Sam replies.

"Bye." Ellie said.

7am...

Ellie waits outside for Sam to drive to her house after changing and grabbing her stuff. Sam drives up.

"Hey, hurry up!" Sam exclaims as he pulls up.

"You hurry up. You're late." Ellie said she enters his car.

"Aha, shut up." Sam jokingly said.

As they quickly drive to school, they run into their homerooms and start the school day.

3pm...

Sam and Ellie peacefully walk to Sam's car. They go inside and drive to Sam's house because Ellie's mom isn't there and Ellie doesn't like being alone.

"Now what?" Sam asked as they both went into the living room.

"I'm hungry. Do you have homework?" Ellie yawns and sets her stuff aside.

"Yeah, but let's get a snack first." Sam said then walks to the kitchen.

"Ok." Ellie walks to the couch in his living room and sits down.

"Um, there's chips and soda. You want that?" Sam asked.

"Yes." Ellie said.

"Alright then." Sam pulls out chips and soda for both of them and turns on the TV.

"Thanks." Ellie said.

4pm...

"Let's go do homework now." Ellie said after eating.

"Ok." Sam agrees and they both grab their stuff and run upstairs.

"Oh, hey guys." Cole greets them.

"Hey, we gotta go." Sam said as Ellie playfully pulled in into the room giggling.
