A week after that, everyone went back to school. Eve was acting very strange.

"Eve, are you alright?" Autumn asked once she saw her in Science.

"I don't kn- Can I use the restroom pass please?" Eve starts to say but gags.

Eve leaves the room nauseously.

"I'm sorry, can I use the restroom too?" Autumn said.

Autumn walked into the bathroom to hear someone throwing up. It was Eve.

"Hey, hey, Evie what's wrong? What happened?" Autumn asked.

"I don't know." Eve said once she flushed the toilet.

Autumn thinks for a moment.

"Hey, when you and Finn 'did it' did you guys use protection?" Autumn asked.

"I think so, yeah we did." Eve said.

"Okay, can you meet me after school?" Autumn said. Eve nodded.

"We should go back now." Eve said and they left the restroom.

Lunch…

Everyone was sitting at the lunch table that afternoon. Autumn couldn't help but notice how strange Eve was feeling, so she wanted to ask.

"Have you seen how weird Eve has been acting lately?" Autumn asked Kris.

"No, why? Is there something wrong?" Kris replies.

"I don't know yet. But I think she's pregnant." Autumn said quietly so no one else could hear.

While they had their side conversation Ellie and Sam were talking to Finn and Eve.

"Eve, are you okay?" Finn said after Eve begins to tear up.

"Yeah, I'm fine. It's just that my emotions are everywhere." Eve said.

"Okay, come here." Finn pulls Eve closer to him.

"Ellie, Sam, can we talk to you guys for a sec?" Kris asked while Finn and Eve were talking by themselves.

"Oh ok." Sam said and the rest of them went outside.

"After school, Autumn is going with Eve to the store. To buy… what was it?" Kris asked Autumn.

"A pregnancy test." Autumn answered.

"Wait, what?" Ellie asked.

"I thought they used protection?" Sam questioned.

"I'm pretty sure they did but this morning, Eve was throwing up in the bathroom." Autumn said.

"Oh." Sam said.

"It's possible for someone to get pregnant still using a condom Sammy." Ellie said to him.

"So what will we do?" Kris said waiting for Autumn's instructions.

"You are staying with me and Sam and Ellie will go to Finn's house, so that it isn't that suspicious." Autumn said.

"Ok cool." Sam said.

"We should go back now." Ellie said, grabbing Sam's hand.

"Okay." They all went back inside.

"Hey guys, where did you go?" Finn asked.

"Oh, we just went outside because Ellie saw a rainbow outside, ran outside, and we wanted to know what she saw. It's gone now though." Autumn said.

"Good coverup." Kris whispers in her ear.
