"Who are you?" Darkseid asked, his voice booming the entire corridors of the Watchtower.

I didn't know how to respond to that question, all the Leaguers have an alias to protect their identity. But what identity do I have? I, a lost woman in a outskirt of a place unknown to me with no identity, but a title of an alien. Quickly, I think of a name that fits me, fits my purpose. OH! Lotus, part of the name of White Lotus, the organization I worked for to help maintain the balance and protection of the world, to seeking philosophy, beauty and truth. Unoriginal, but works.

"I am Lotus!" With my arms as a water whip, I quickly created ice crystals aiming for his eyes. Expecting it to penetrate, but my efforts were no avail. He simply pushed it off his face. What was this guy made out of to be this thick skinned!!!!???

I thought for another strategy, to exhaust him enough that I can freeze him with the water that incased the soldiers. They should be unconscious already so it wouldn't be such a problem. Or exhaust him until the Justice League arrive.

---

I'll go with the first option.

Creating waves upon waves crashing into the enemy, he struggles to get out of the artificial puddle I have made. I smirked at his action...until he actually jumped out of it and punched me hard. Like no kidding, hard in the gut. Which resulted in me, splitting out a few drops of blood, giving a glare similar to Batman's.

"You cannot defeat me. You are weakling, no one can defeat Darkseid." He continued to throw his punches along with the momentum of his jumps, I catch a few of those hard throws, bruising my skin to purple. I accounted for all possibilities that could subdue him. This was a whole new level of hardcore. This was even worse than the battle I had with Zaheer back home. By the way, he was a Red Lotus member, my enemy. Anyways, back to this, getting a bit off topic here. Darkseid's violence must be getting to me. This is opposite of my plan, he was exhausting me.

How in the world could I do this? Chi-blocking? No, that wouldn't work with the full body armor and plus this was an alien body, I don't think the chi points apply. Blood-bending? That was a last resort option, I had promised to Katara that I wouldn't use this skill ever again. Perhaps use a bit of those tricks again Tenzin taught me? Right, I'll do that.

I quickly gather enough water to cover his face and incase it with ice. I quickly fled to the corners of the hall, mentally calling for Manhunter and hopes that he replies back.

'Manhunter. Manhunter, are you there?'

'Ura, I am still in range with our communication-' I cut him off.

'How far are you to contact a League member to help with our current predicament?'

'I am almost close in range to Earth's ground, I should be able to be in contact them in a matter of few minutes. How are things up there?'

'For starters, I didn't know Darkseid hit that hard! I am struggling a bit up here. Please hurry!'

'Touching ground now and contacting. A few League members should be arriving fairly soon.'

'Alright, until then, I am going to keep and trying to subdue this guy'

'Be in contact while in the fight, I'll be able to tell you the time of arrival'

'Thank you Manhunter'

'No, thank you Ura.'

I focus back on the fight ahead, Darkseid has been shouting for me to come out for a few minutes and he has started to destroy random things on the tower.

Right, back to the original plan. I ran using as much energy as I could to the pool again to replenish my water source. Going back to the main room I start attack the giant with shards and ice balls that disperse to shards on impact. I attack and dodge his many attempts of hurting me, but my dodges don't always dodge the pain. I continue this for what seems like hours, until my body couldn't take the pressure of this fight and it started to collapse.

He grasped at my neck choking me, leaving me with very limited supply of air. Slamming me to the ground, he prepares for another punch to finally break me. I quickly made an ice dome to shield his impactful jumps and berserk punches. Squinting my eyes as the ice starts to break the small like ice shards threatening to poke my eyes.

'MANHUNTER, HOW MUCH LONGER!'

'soon'

Soon my ass, I was going to die. This was a last resort, I felt the tiny bits of water in his body, controlling it to my desire. I hear the crunches and the cracks of his body squirming under my control. Roaring and growling in agony. This went on long enough that he went unconscious. I gather the remaining water in the room and incase the limp body.

I feel myself slipping,  the dark abyss come ready to cover me as I collapse to the ground.

My last words before I completely went unconscious.

"I am sorry Katara."
