"Hang on," I interrupted. "Just a second."
I looked at Hayes.
"I don't think I can do this," I started crying.
"Maddie, yes you can. We've gotten this far. Your doing great. Your going to be a great mom."
The doctor looks at us and says, "Let me give you guys a minute. Plus I put in the wrong ultra sound so let me go grab the other DVD."
Hayes looks at me and smiles.
"But what if I'm not. I don't know how to be a mom."
"Whatever you go through, I'll be right here and go through it with you."
"So when I go into labor, you will too?" I smile.
"Not quite like that," he laughs.
"So let's pick out the names," I say.
"So if it's a boy, I want Jake," he responds, "and if it's a girl I like the name Callie."
"if it's a girl, then I want Kamrynn Beverley and if it's a boy then I want Koby Matthew," I say.
"What if we have twins?" He asked.
"Then I also like the name Keirra Lynn for a girl," I respond.
We start making out until we hear the doctor knock on the door.
"Glad that he stopped us," I say. "I don't need another baby."
He laughs, "come in!"
The doctor comes in and puts in the right tape.
"Ok, so I grabbed the right video."
He points out a bunch of things but Hayes and I aren't even paying attention. We just want to know what it is.
"So finally, your new baby... Or should I say babies."
Hayes and I look at each other in shock.
"They are both Girls."
