The Confession

"I've been meaning to ask you..." Gon said.

You looked up and raised your eyebrow, "what?"

Gon smiled wide, "what is Killua to you?"

You almost spit out your drink, "w-why?"

"Because I know you like him." Gon said smirking.

You set you drink down and looked up at him, "why do you think that?" You said calmly.

"The way you look at him, and care about him, you always want the best for him. Also it's so obvious."

You stared at him shocked and embarrassed.

"And I know he likes you to." Gon said smiling.

You blushed, "I don't like him, and he doesn't like me."

"He likes you so much, it's so obvious."

"No he doesn't." You said quietly.

"But you still like him." Gon said smiling.

Just then Killua walked up from behind you and sat down.

You sat up straight from the surprise, Gon must've known he was coming and wanted you to admit that you liked Killua in front of him.

You blushed red and looked at Gon angrily,
"Are you okay?" Killua asked looking questioningly at you, Gon laughed.

"Yeah I'm fine." You said quietly looking at your drink blushing hard.

"So who do you like?" Killua asked casually.

"Y-" Gon started laughing, you kicked him under the table, and he stopped because you cut him off.

"I don't like anyone." You crossed your arms and rolled your eyes.

Killua was blushing, he must've figured it out. You looked down at your lap, you started blushing from embarrassment. You couldn't believe Gon would do that.

"I'm tired, I'm going to go to our room." You said getting up and walking quickly away.

You walked into your room and fell on to the couch, you were so embarrassed.

Soon the door opened up and Killua walked in, you looked up at him and blushed hard, Killua smiled a warm and comforting smile and you blushed.

He sat on his bed that was across from you and the couch.

"So..."He started, you looked up at him embarrassed, "do you.??"

"Do I what?" You said quietly even though you knew what he was talking about.

"Do you... Um... Never mind." Killua said and then paused, there was an awkward silence. "...Gon said he'll come up later."

"Good, he's being annoying." You said well sitting up on the couch pouting.

You two sat there in awkward silence for a while.

Then you stood up and said,"I'm going to bed."

Killua got up to so he was standing close to you, you stopped and turned to look at him.

"Y/N... It's ok if you do..." He looked into your eyes and put his hand on your cheek softly. You face went completely red.

"But you still like him." Gon said to Y/N as Killua walked up from behind and sat down.

Y/N sat up straight and made a weird face at Gon, "Are you okay?" Killua asked because I looked like she was an angry tomato.

"Yeah I'm fine." Y/N said quietly, Killua wondered if she really was.

"So who do you like?" Killua asked suspiciously.

"Y-" Gon laughed, Y/N cut him off, but Killua understood perfectly.

His eyes shot from Y/N to Gon confused and surprised, then his eyes locked on Y/N, his face was red.

"I don't like anyone." Y/N looked down and spoke quietly, "I'm tired, I'm going to our room."

Killua couldn't help feel sympathetic for Y/N, because... He felt the same way.

Y/N got up and walked away swiftly, Killua stared at Gon angrily.

"You idiot why did you say that, you embarrassed her and made her feel bad." Killua yelled quietly and angrily at gon.

Gon smiled, "go chase after her." Killua got up and  walked fast to catch up with Y/N.

Now that he knew Y/N liked him, he had to tell her how he felt.

He opened the door to their room, Y/N was laying on the couch and looked up at him when he walked in.

Y/N blushed and so did Killua, Killua smiled at her and walked to his bed that was across from her.

He hesitated "So... Do you?" Killua asked embarrassed.

"Do I what?" Y/N asked quietly.

"Do you... never mind." Killua stopped, he felt to embarrassed to ask and didn't want to make Y/N feel awkward. "Gon said he'll come up later."

"Good, he's being annoying." Y/N said sadly, Killua wanted to comfort her but didn't know how. She was in a bad mood and was clearly embarrassed.

Killua didn't want Y/N to feel bad about liking him because he liked her so much. "I'm going to bed."

Y/N got up, then so did Killua. She stopped and looked at him, he looked at her and blushed.

"Y/N... It's okay if you do..." he looked into Y/N eyes and put his hand on her cheek lightly. "Because..."

——Y/N Pov———-
"Because..." Killua bit his lip nervously and looked away taking his hand off your cheek, "I do to."

"You like yourself?" You said quietly and then laughed a bit.

"...What? No, I like you." Killua blurted out then his face went instantly red, he backed away a step.

You were shocked, but also so happy. You had no clue he likes you but you were excited he did.

You blushed and a small smil appeared on both your faces.

"Just wanted to let you know." He scratched his head and you smiled. All your annoyance at Gon and embarrassment was washed away because Gon was right, and it all worked out.

"Well I like you to." You smiled and said to him.

"I knew that." Killua laughed quietly.

"Yeah I know, but I never told you so I wanted to make it clear." You said quietly to him smiling.

Killua grabbed your waist and pulled you close to him. You looked up at him confused and blushing, he looked down at you blushing also.

Then he kissed you.
