About time(sequal to Mine)

Chapter 8

Lauren and Josh came back from the park about an hour later.
"Daddy can we go to Aunt Lucy's house?" she asked
"I can see if aunt Lucy's not busy but you'd stay I have to get back and see mommy okay?" He said
"Okay daddy"

"Hey Lucy is it alright if I drop Lauren off for a bit she wants to go over and I can't stay because I have to go check up on Jen."
"Yeah sure is Jen okay though?"
"Yeah she's fine she said she was just dizzy but I don't want to leave her alone"
"Alright bring Lauren by Kassy and I are alone Liam went to go buy some groceries"
"Okay thanks Luce"
"No problem"

A couple minutes later they got to Lucy's house.
"Hey Lucy" He said wrapping her in a hug
"Hey" she smiled hugging me then Lauren
"How's Jen been?"
"She said she wasn't feeling too good but I'm going to check up on her just to make sure that she's not alone" He smiled
"Okay well say hi to her for me
anything you need just give me a call"
"Alright thanks Lucy bye"
"Bye" She smiled

It took him around 15 minutes to get home he decided he'd make dinner tonight and let jen rest.
He got home expecting Jen to be in her room.
"Hey babe I dropped Lauren off at Lucy's so I'll make you something to eat if you're hungry but I can't promise it will be the bes-"
"Jen Jen baby can you hear me?" he said panicking he shook her softly she was laying down blood coming out of her nose and private area and he thought about the baby "Shit shit shit" he said panicking even more clothes were scattered all over the floor. He called the ambulance and soon they got to the house.
"Anything we need to know before we start giving her anything is she allergic to anything?"
"No but she is pregnant" He said his voice breaking
Josh got into the ambulance quickly he couldn't bare to see Jen laying there unconscious he especially couldn't get the thought of the baby being hurt.
"I should've stayed with her" he kept saying to himself
They got to the hospital a few minutes later
He wanted to be in there with her to be by her side the whole time however, they didn't allow him too.
He waited for what seemed like eternity but really it was two hours. Finally the doctor came out. "Family of Jennifer Lawrence?" he said looking around the waiting room.
"Yeah i'm her husband" Josh said anxiously
"How is she?" he asked
"Well theres no serious damage she hit her head but that'll be okay she has lots of bruises however we cant be sure that the baby is okay right now but we'll still try our best if we cannot find a heartbeat though we will need to get the baby out otherwise it will be a risk i don't think you're willing to take." he replied
"What do you mean?" said Josh
"Well i'm saying we need to find a heartbeat on that baby now because if the baby is dead in her womb Jennifer can die as well." said the doctor
"Well how much time do you have before that can happen"
"About 36-48 hours" he replied
"Well doctor please do what you can"
"I'll try my best and I'm really sorry on what happened"
"Thank you" replied Josh taking a seat on the chair. He called Lucy to tell her and she instantly broke into tears Lucy and Jennifer had become best friends ever since Liam started going out with her Jennifer knew Lucy was the one for Liam no one else knew Jennifer like Lucy they had the same taste in men the same taste in food which was most important to Jen and they loved that their kids grew up together. The thought of loosing Jen raced around Lucy's mind she couldn't bare thought of loosing her best friend. Lucy and Josh both decided it was best not to tell Lauren yet until it was sure that the baby would survive or not. Lauren was clueless on what happened with her mom she was sleeping over at her aunt Lucy's as far as she knew that was it. An hour later the doctor came out once again "Mr.Hutcherson your wife would like to speak to you" he said.

A/N: I thought this chapter would be better in third person but i'm not too sure I made the right decision. Thanks for reading.
