Marshall's POV
I was getting ready to take the girls to Kim's and getting ready for my date. "Daddy why isn't Mimi going on a date with her boyfriend?" "I am Mimi's boyfriend." Whitney smiled. "OH! That makes sense daddy." She said laughing. "That's funny Whit?" "Yes!" I started tickling her. "That's funny Whit!?" She started giggling. "Noooooooo. Daddy...I don't wanna laugh anymore." So I stopped. "HAILIE ALAINA LET'S GO!" I yelled picking up Whitney. "You know you're so smart." Kim was at the door when I got to open it. "I thought I was dropping them off." "You thought wrong." I hugged my girls and watched her take them from me. I grabbed my keys and wallet driving to Marissa's apartment.
Marissa's POV
Andrew came by dropped off his keys and got his stuff. I pinned my hair up and slipped on Marshall's favorite color blue. My friend Tara and Taryn were over helping me get dressed and doing my hair even better. "Girl he better love it. Anyways we missed ya. Andrew how long we're y'all together?" Tara asked. "Last November and we married each other two weeks ago and divorced each other last week." I said rolling my eyes. "Y'all were together for a year and can't last a week as one. Marshall, should've married you already." Taryn said. "I want a baby and he's taking care of three." I said smiling. "You have babies, which are his babies so chill. Everything is all right." Tara said as there was a knock on the door. I ran to the door opening it. "Hi." I said looking at him. "You look amazing." He said kissing me gently. "So do you." "CHILDREN WE NEED A PICTURE!" Tara and Taryn yelled pushing us outside. We got our picture taken and then we left. I kissed him. "Loosen up babe." I smirked. "Baby." He started but, stopped. "I brought you something." He said stopping the car at the diner. "Close your eyes baby." And I did.
Marshall's POV
I grabbed the gifts before getting out. I ran to her side and opened her door. I got on my knee. "Open your eyes baby." She opened them slowly. "OH MY GOD!" She screamed tears in her eyes. "I wanna do this before it's too late. I love you so much and I've messed up so much I want this to prove my love for you." She wiped the tears from her eyes and looked in my eyes. "Yes I'll marry you." She said letting me put the ring on her finger. "I brought you a jacket." I said grabbing it out the bag. It had our picture on the back. She started crying again when she put it on then hugged me. "Thank you." She said sniffling. I wiped her face with a tissue and then we walked into the diner surrounded by each others warmth. I hope it gets better up to this point.
