Chapter 49.

Chapter 49. 

TOBYS P.O.V 

"Drew this is Toby - my boyfriend. Toby this is Drew - my sister old bestfriend." She says with a big smile on her face. 

Drew looks over at me before turning back to Veronica. "Well, I have some free time right now. Do you guys want to maybe hang out. Talk a little." He asks. 

Veronica nodded. She turned to look at me and then back to bowling alley. 

I stepped forward and grabbed her hand. "Hey, look at me." I whisper. "Forget what happened in there. I promise I'll tell you as soon as were alone." I caressed her cheek. "Plus- you looked sexy punching that girl in the face for me." 

She playfully punched me in the shoulder and blushed when I winked at her. "No kisses for you, mister." 

I whined but she ignored me.

"You guys ready to go?" Drew yells from in front of us. 

"Hey, I have my car dude!" I yell at him. "You can come with us." 

He turned to look back at me but didn't stop walking. "I have my bike don't worry man. I'll see you guys at Kenny's." He turned back around.

"Well that leaves us alone." I smirk at her and circle my arms around her waist.

She wiggled away from me and crossed her arms. "I don't want to be that type of girlfriend." She groans. "But who was she?" She bits her lips and looks anywhere but at me. 

I thought I was going to have more time trying to come up with an explanation. I wasn't going to lie to her on who Reyna is -was. 

"Can we at least get in the car?" I sigh. 

She responded by walking towards it and waiting for me to unlock the door. When we were both in, I started the engine and got out of the parking lot. 

Might as well get straight to the point. I thought. "Reyna was my first girlfriend." I shrug. "Things didn't work out so I broke up with her."

"Their has to be more than that." Veronica whispered. 

"Their is," I nodded and made a left turn. "She was the first girl I ever dated and fell in love with. She's a really good actress." I laugh harshly. "I met her in Freshman year at my old school. We talked, when on a few dates, I asked her to be my official girlfriend, and when we hit five months together I said it. 'I love you.' But she didn't say it back and I was okay with that.

I knew that she might not be ready so I waited. I gave her everything she ever wanted." I stopped on a red light. "Turns out she was working for my father. He payed her so I could fall in love with her. She never did like me. She told me that a month after I called everything off." The light turned green. "She said that she cared for me like a brother. She wasn't only just working for my father but she was also cheating on me. 

"To her, we weren't really in a relationship so she did what ever she wanted." I turned right. "It's not a big story. It's just something that hurt me in the past. Something that made me change my ways. I swore to myself that I would never fall in love again because it'll somehow get ruined in the future.

"But then I caught you that day and you let me in and you showed me different sides of you. You made me fall for you so quickly. It was impossible for me to not make you mine. You had me wrapped around your fingers." I laugh and felt her intertwine our fingers. I slowed down and got in the parking lot of the Kenny's.

"Well, you have nothing to worry about because this relationship is pretty real to me and I love you." She tells me with a small smile. 

I turn the engine off and turned to her. "I love you." I leaned forward and gave her a kiss that showed just how much I truly loved her. It made me happier when she responded the same way and that she was really in love with me. 

We heard a knock on her side and we pulled a part and she blushed when she saw that it was Drew. We got out of the car and started to walk to the entrance. 

"Hopefully they don't remember us." I tell Veronica. 

She gives me a questioning look before she starts laughing. "I remember." We sat down with her by my side and Drew in front of us. "Toby and I came here once and this idiot decided to throw spaghetti at me. We got into a food fight and they kicked us out." She told Drew. 

He just shook his head at her and laughed. 

We got out orders and we started to eat. 

"So, how have you been?" Drew asks Veronica. 

She finished eating what was on her mouth and responded to him."Trying to hold on." She give him a small smile. 

He tilts his head to the side a little. "You can tell me, Veronica." 

I have nothing against him but at that moment I wanted to punch him. I don't want to see her brake down. I turned to Veronica and saw that she turned pale. I held her hand and gave it a squeeze. 

I thought that she wasn't going to say anything but she told him everything. Of what happened with her parents to the suicide to my father and to Scott. Everything. 

In the end he got up and went to her side and gave her hug also. 

Veronicas P.O.V 

I held on to Drew for dear life and quietly sobbed on his shoulder while he rubbed my back in circles. "Hey, when we're done here how about we visit Scott?" 

I nodded and let go of him and sat back down. A warm arm wrapped around me and brought me to their side. "Hurry, so we can go." Toby whispered in my ear.

I nodded and we finished the food quickly. Toby payed the bill for us. 

"Leave your car here man. I'll bring you back." Toby tells him. He looked ready to object but with one look at my puppy eyes, he agreed.

"Okay, let's go. I call shot gun!" He yells out and runs the passenger seat. He holds it open. "I'm just kidding. You can go Veronica.He's your boyfriend and I don't bat for that team."

We all laugh at get ready to see Scott.

I'm still alive. I know you guys hate me but...i've procrastinating a lot and writers block and sickness and ugh! I hate it but here you go. My brain just went....BLAH! on this story but I want to finish it soooo yeah.

Boring I know but we hit the Falling Action already guys. Everything is ending already. Nothing will be too dramatic from now. 

Question: Someone told me that I should do a 'Mature Content' scene. If you know what I mean. Would you guys like it? Just tell me.
