perfect day 2

Bowie and jonah have been playing guitar for atleast an hour by now and he learns his first song.

"Dude that was really good!" Bowie says when they finish.

"Yeah." Jonah says sarcastically, not beleiving he sounded good.

"No really. I've never seen anyone pick up cords that fast." He says as he is actually suprised by how great jonah has been playing.

"Thanks." The boy says with a huge smile. "Where should i put this?"

"Youre not buying it? You said you came in here for a guitar right?"

Jonah's smile turns into a frown and he looks down.

Bowie sets his own guitar down. "Jonah. Whats really going on?" He concerningly asks.

"Nothing. I just." He stops to think of what to say without it being embarrassing. "Get kinda stressed. Can't catch my breath. Its no big deal." He finally admits.

"Jonah that's a panic attack." Bowie says. Now understanding why he was so out of breathe.

"Yeah." He sadly smiles back. "Thats what Cyrus' dad called them."

"Well its good your seeing a doctor." Bowie says trying to be hopeful.

"I'm really not. He was just there like you are right now." He leans in. "I really dont want them to keep happening. But, it doesn't matter what I want." Jonathan desperately says

Bowie gives him a sympathetic look in exchange. "What can i do to help?"

"Just please don't tell andi." Jonah asks.

"I mean I think she would understand but i won't." Bowie smiles. "Okay but i know this is a weird way to discover this but, you are really great at guitar. It seemed to calm you down."

"Well you should take lessons. I'll teach you."

"Sure. And thanks again." Jonah smiles. They fistbump.

"Well tha was a fail." Buffy says after the policewoman drops them off in a rush.

"Yep. You have a bee sting and a missing shoe. It really was the perfect day." Andi laughs. And buffy, cyrus, and andi all hug. "I'm gonna miss this so much."

They hear a car horn and they see Bex. "Hey yall need a ride!" She says with a smile. And the three friends walk to the car while buffy has cyrus on her back.

They decide that this was the perfect day 2.0.
