I was hugging him but I stepped back, he looked at me then got up and locked the door

Her reaction is different than the time I confessed, this time she's not mad but she's thinking, but would you do that when you like someone? she's probably thinking of a respectful way to reject me

I felt upset and lowered my head but she got up and turned all the cameras off

"I'm sorry"

"Are you afraid of my life and the spotlights?"

"No not that, but..."

"You can tell me..."

The door kept knocking

"Open the door right now!"

I got mad and opened it

"You're not allowed to turn the cameras off by yourself, you're not the director here!" He shouted at Marie

"I'm sorry"

"It's me who turned them off" I stood in front of them and hid her behind me

"I saw her clicking the button" Dae who's obviously the one who snitched in the first place

"I told her to do so"

[Marie's pov]

"I'll go back to work"

I sat on the bench outside and Namjoon came and sat next to me

"It's good you came here" he handed me a soda

"Causing all these troubles?"

"Yeah hahaha

You seemed so lost. Taehyung is a quiet guy when it comes to his thoughts, I'm glad you both are comfortable sharing them with each other, It's better to deal with things and face them, you're thinking now so I hope that you started to sort things out"

"I think I am

But I'm afraid the staff don't like me"

"Dae?"

I turned to look at him anxiously

"How did you know?"

"It's not her first time doing this, we noticed her behavior before and her spread of false rumors about the members, we couldn't do anything before but now since the staff saw and heard about the phone incident we're finally able to let her go with clear evidence, believe me, they're on your side and I'm sure they'd want you to have a beautiful relationship with us and Taehyung"

"What a mess... the phone incident, then the camera, then me and Taehyung, I'll be in big trouble"

"It's not your fault Marie, It's not even a fault to fall in love or to be loved"

"But not everyone is free to love..."

"What do you mean? Marie... I know It's impossible cuz we're not banned from dating but by any chance..." he whispered

"Has anyone threatened you about it?"

I'm afraid, I'm not sure if I can say it, I'm not sure how it'll affect them, me... and whether I'll keep working with my dumb company or not

"Marie!" Minwoo shouted

He came closer to us

"Come on, Namjoon we're leaving tomorrow so you need to continue filming, Marie come with me I need your help with something" he waved goodbye to Namjoon and grabbed my hand to get up
