" Y/n , can we talk? " Draco's voice pulls you away from the conversation with your friends. You turn your head and meet his eyes , he looks serious.

" Uh , sure . I'll be right back guys, " You leave your friends and follow Draco to the Astronomy tower.

Here's the thing , no one knows about the two of you . No one knows how much you two care for one another ; and that's exactly how you guys liked it.

"What did you need to talk about?" You ask the Malfoy in front of you.

" We need to break up, " He looks around , not meeting your eyes.

"What? " You are taken aback by the suddenness of his words.

" Why ? "

"N/n , you bring the best out of me and I love you for that but , I'm the worst for you."

"Draco , I don't understand , I'm fine , WE are fine . " You feel the tears run down your face as you study his for any signs that this is all a joke.

" I love you and that's why it's so hard to say goodbye , We can't be together anymore. " Draco grabs your hand and looks you in the eyes.

" But it's - "

" -unfair , I know. But did we really think this would've worked out? " He shakes his head .

" I did ," Your voice barely above a whisper.

" I'm sorry Y/n , goodbye. "' Draco let's go of your hand and leaves the tower. Leaving you alone with your thoughts and tears.

" What did I do to make you stop loving me? " You whisper to yourself as you stare at the exit of the tower.
