"How are the girls?" Finn asked Puck when he came down to eat.

"Shaken up, but they're okay." Puck said, joining Finn at the table and helping himself to pizza. "Beth's asleep in her room and Quinn's in the shower."

Finn nodded. "Is she gonna come eat?"

"She said she's not hungry." Puck shrugged. "I don't wanna push her right now."

"Yeah." Finn agreed.

"I can't believe I was stupid enough to think my dad could be better." Puck noted, shaking his head.

"You weren't stupid." Finn told Puck. "You were trying to do what you thought was the right thing and help him."

"And look where that got me." Puck said. "My eye's messed up, my piano's destroyed, and most importantly, Quinn and Beth are terrified."

Before the boys could go on, Quinn entered the kitchen.

"Hey." Quinn said softly. "I'm gonna go lay down and try to relax, but I just wanted to say thank you to both of you for getting here when you did today."

"Of course." Finn nodded. "I'm glad you and Beth are gonna be okay."

"Yeah." Quinn agreed as she looked at Puck. "Come upstairs when you're done eating."

When Puck finished eating, he excused himself and went up to his room. He curled up with Quinn under the covers and held her in his arms.

Quinn immediately started crying. She was so overwhelmed with emotions and she had to let it all out.

Puck held her and rubbed her back, comforting her while she cried.

After a while, Quinn finally calmed herself down.

"I'm sorry." Quinn said softly.

"Shhh." Puck hushed her. "Don't apologize to me."

Quinn rolled over and looked at Puck. She didn't say anything, she just looked at him and his messed-up eye.

"I'm sorry I put you and Beth in a position where you were in danger." Puck apologized. "I'm gonna do whatever it takes to help you through this and for you to trust me again."

"I trust you, Noah." Quinn said. "More than anyone else. None of this is your fault."

"I'm the one who brought him here." Puck pointed out.

"He played you." Quinn stated. "That's not your fault and I'm not mad at you for what your father did."

Puck nodded slowly.
